"We had a double ocean-front room for 3 nights. The room was ok but the indoor pool was under construction and we had no hot water for showers in the morning (despite being told that we just had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to warm up). The buffet breakfast was very sparse with not much new dishes added from day-to-day. The worst part of the trip was the final billing wherein we were charged an amount that was 30% higher than what was quoted on *******. Part of this was a 10% tip that they added on without our agreement and the other 20% from hidden taxes. ******* wouldn't do anything to try to sort this matter out despite the fact that we reserved through their website and the hotel also refused to reverse the excess charges. This was totally unfair and I'll never reserve a hotel again with out the price being firmed up in advance."

"The only thing I could watch was YouTube. There were no national channels to watch the news or anything else. I think they should install air conditioning. But the service was very good and very clean. I couldn't use the pool, which is a shame."

"The hotel owner was very friendly, kind, and courteous. The facilities were excellent. My only suggestion is that the bed linens should be warmer, as it gets a bit chilly at night, and they should always be kept spotless. I will definitely return."
