"Warm welcome and as we were out of season, the owners showed us around and we were left with a roaring fire and a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy the view of the night lit swimming pool and quiet surroundings. The owners recommended a wonderful local restuarant. One problem however was that the Trip Advisor address was not correct so we needed to call them to get the location. "

"We had a 3 night stay, it was an easy drive from the airport and had close street parking available so no fear of having to walk ages with suitcases. We were greeted with a really warm welcome from Manuela and Salvatore, both were eager to help and offer advice on where to go / what to see - amazing people which contributed to the stay. The Palazzo is a stunning place, beautifully decorated and designed to a tasteful high spec, and immediately gives you a sense of calm and relaxation. The room was cleaned everyday, featured traditional high ceilings, a small balcony, air con, tv, a modern bathroom with a good shower...if nitpicking, the only thing we felt it really missed was a coffee machine / small fridge. The pool area is like a little oasis, clean, tidy and a perfect place to switch off. The Breakfast was beautifully laid out with a great selection, The Coffee was fantastic and Salvatore offered an option on eggs. The surrounding area itself doesn't really offer much, we arrived around 4-5pm and it was like a ghost town, and we discovered it was the same pretty much like that all day everyday. There are a few restaurants / Pizzerias, and a pharmacy within walking distance - but there are some wonderful beaches / restaurants / bars approx. 10-20 minutes drive away from the palazzo. Overall a wonderful stay, made more special by the hosts. you can see they are passionate about what they have and what they do which in turn makes for a wonderful stay for the guest."
