"We chose Sarovar Jammu because we had such a great stay at Sarovar Srinagar and were hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately, this one didn't quite have the same vibe. The hotel felt a bit quiet and deserted during our stay, although that may have been because there wasn't any event or crowd at the time. There was also no valet service. We stayed in the Suite, which was the biggest room available. While it was comfortable, it didn't feel as impressive as the suite at Sarovar Srinagar. The beds were very comfortable though, and we had a good night's sleep. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vikas for helping us with our room and to Saba from the kitchen staff for being so courteous. We ordered Chinese ***** with Thai curry. The Chinese was good, but I think the Thai curry could definitely be improved. The building itself also feels a little dated and could use some renovation. One issue that was disappointing was the shower. Water leaks out of the shower enclosure and onto the bathroom floor while bathing. We experienced the same issue at Sarovar Srinagar as well, so it seems to be something the brand should look into. Overall, it's a decent hotel for business trips or a one-night stay. The staff are its biggest strength, but compared to our experience at Sarovar Srinagar, this stay didn't quite live up to our expectations."

"Very good restaurant staff, good food and very welcoming. But disappointed with the management/maintenance team. Live naked electric wire under the TV. Staff member got shock while checking TV. They left without mending it. Reported the issue with TV not working with reception. But no one bother to come and fix the TV during our stay. Room no. 3011"
