"I really didn't want to write a review for this so-called B&B, which is worse than a roadside inn. On our first night, 11 of us checked into 6 rooms, and everyone felt absolutely terrible – it was an unforgettable nightmare! There were no blankets, the sinks and bathroom facilities were incomplete (water sprayed everywhere), and there was no drinking water or hot water. Even the windows were broken, and mosquitoes were flying all over the room! All the descriptions and photos on Trip.com are fake; this is clearly an unscrupulous business! So, the next morning, we all quickly escaped (two women even got sick from using cold water) and checked into a proper hotel (for a similar price). All 11 of us unanimously agree that for such a terrible experience while traveling abroad, Trip.com bears a significant responsibility for its lax oversight."

"I found some plastic on my coffee. They have some terrible waitress!!! They are also rude to domestic costumer and cat call the foreigner costumer. Please don’t buy anything from this Restaurant! The food taste really plain. I hate this restaurant from the waitress to the food!"

"I was quite disappointed with my stay at Bagus Bay Homestay. The room I was given was not at all like the one shown in the pictures online. It was poorly maintained, and the toilet was very dirty. To make matters worse, the bathroom was shared, which was not made clear during booking. The staff, especially one of the girls, seemed indifferent to my concerns and didn't show much care for the guests. While the owner was more approachable, he dismissed my complaints by saying that it’s a cheap hotel, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The issues I raised were about basic cleanliness and honesty in their listings, not about the price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are prepared for a very different experience from what’s advertised."

"I like samosir…the view so nice..the staff also good.. We arrive at Somosir Villa at 7:30pm…our car’s window unable to close.. then we ask the staff where we can find workshop to fix this issue.. then the staff said workshop close at night but he offer to help monitor our car.. he shows the cctv around the area and convince us not to worry..at the night around 2pm, the rain coming.. heavy rain.. i woke up and look at our car..i saw the staff already put plastic to cover window from rainning…thanks god they have responsible staff like this.. unfortunately i forget asking his name.."
