"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the view was great, so I felt like I was staying at a top-class hotel. The bath was also large, so I was able to relax and unwind. Breakfast was also delicious. Perhaps because it was a Saturday, it wasn't very crowded, so I enjoyed my meal at my own pace while admiring the beautiful mountain view from the second floor. The ice cream, rare cheesecake, and chocolate petit cakes were excellent, as was the dessert of yogurt, mango, strawberry, and chocolate jelly? sauce. Next time, I'd like to try the pastry chef's sweets for lunch. My only disappointment was that, while many hotels these days offer free coffee as a welcome drink, coffee was charged for and not available in the room."

"The height of the tent was low, and the tall person had a little difficulty in entering and leaving. As for the BBQ of the meal, it is good to start at about 18 o'clock because it must be eaten by 20 o'clock in a good amount."

"Very enjoyable 2 weeks stay during business trip to Sanda-Sasayama from Malaysia. Location very near to Flower Town (Kobe Dentetsu) Train Station which is very convenient to access. Also easy to access to department store AEON and Nishiyama Supermarket to get a foods. The most delighted is free parking!!! Thoroughly, myself very satisfied with hotel service, facilities and staff are very kind."
