The hotel seemed to be taking advantage of its size, with the lobby staff being incompetent. Perhaps this hotel hosts numerous conferences and has no shortage of rooms, so their service was dismissive, lacking any of the service expected of a star-rated hotel. Choosing this hotel was the worst experience I've had in years! Utterly disappointed, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone expecting luxury hotel service!"
