"Rooms - medium size rooms and standard room might not fit families with kids. But decent rooms. We just book this place for our night stay bathroom - small bathroom. Shower tap is somehow not functioning properly. Door lock also having some issue food - strictly ok. We ordered simple dal and rice with aloo matar sabji but still cook not able to manage it as expected service - support staff was good no issues overall i would say it's an average hotel and can be chosen only for night stay"

"We had booked 2 rooms, month's in advance, based on some good reviews, they gave us rooms on different floors at the backside of the hotel, too many steps, no network and wide open to an under-construction building right in front of the room. The rooms were decent, clean and good for an overnight stay but wifi connectivity and phone network was poor. Breakfast was a simple spread in Jcafe. Parking is outside the property and not clearly marked or directions provided for guidance"

"Property not maintained. We had paid for three adults but the extra bedding arrangement was so messed up. The linen also didn't look well washed. The toiletries weren't enough. The breakfast was told to be commencing at 7. 30 but when arrived nothing was ready. On arrival the receptionist also poker faced. The only person who knew hospitality and was customer centric was mr dnyaneshwar whom we met at cafeteria and for breakfast. He was welcoming smiling and also customer centric."
