"Traveling with kids, we stumbled upon a real gem of a hotel! ✨ Before check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to a panda-themed family twin room for free, and we were immediately charmed by how adorable it was! The room was filled with soft and cuddly panda bedding, and the sofa had little stuffed animals, making our child so excited they didn't want to leave. The whole room featured smart voice control for lights and appliances, so you could turn things on and off just by speaking, which made traveling with a child twice as convenient. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area for the toilet and shower – superb attention to detail. The hotel perks were amazing! The lobby offered complimentary plum juice, fruit drinks, freshly ground coffee, and crispy popcorn all day long. Our child could grab snacks and drinks anytime, which really made it excellent value for money. The room was spacious with great natural light, and the furniture layout was roomy, so staying with a child didn't feel cramped. This hotel made our trip so comfortable; it's our top choice for family travel, and we'll definitely choose it again next time we bring the kids!"

"Traveling to Guan'egou, I stayed at this hotel and the location is close to the entrance of the scenic spot. The room size is moderate, the service is warm, the washing is dry and wet, and the accommodation requirements are basically met. It is a fast hotel model. Two hotels have a front compound parking, plus a big tourist bar, and the parking space is tight. The two hotels are on the same building, and the management and check-in are a bit confusing. Vegetable guides should be strengthened, management links should be improved, and guests' requirements should be met. Guanzhugou is the most beautiful on the top of the mountain by cableway! Best value!"

"客觀評價，不對任何地域或者人事歧視2025年7月30日入住: 1.地理位置:我的觀點是值得入住。我打的4.5分滿意。理由:這個宕昌縣依江而建，基本上都是江景房，縣城不大，這家就在江邊，走哪裡都不太遠…我們步行去的那個美食街，大約30多分鐘（2公里左右）。 2.酒店設施:我也打的4.5。原因作為一家酒店來説該有的都有，房間如宣傳圖片一樣。沒有什麼特別的，對了它雖有乾濕分離，但是洗浴時沒有放衣服的地方，非情侶，愛人出門的異性出行我就不推薦這家，因為要在外面脱了，再進去淋浴間。 3.衞生條件，我打的2分。原因:如我上傳圖片，這個不多説了，必須在衞生上差評了。毛巾貼身用的這東西，都能臟成這樣。還有我覺得這家酒店至少分管客服衞生的負責人應該是很懶的，應該是管理人員問題。因為餐廳和前台的清潔很好，而我住的這間除了毛巾問題，還存在電視屏幕積灰，洗漱台壁龕積灰，進門衣櫃第二層放裝飾品的鋼化玻璃積灰，茶几底座積灰，書桌下面放地方旅遊推薦書的那層積灰…總之可能是做衞生那個人衹做他（她）認為別人看得見的地方，別人不會在意的其他地方根本不做，我的看法就是員工在偷懶，分管客房衞生的負責人也沒有去稽核和有效管理。 衹是想説:你是一家酒店，最重要的就是衞生。甘南全國名氣越來越大，遊客越來越多，別把自己給作死了。 4.服務態度:這個我打的4.5，當然當發現問題後，我要求房間所有毛巾更換，前台也很快安排了，更換毛巾的人員也做出了很誠懇的道歉。這個態度我是接受的。還有一些事，酒店工作人員處理上也是挺好的，所以這個是滿意的。"
