"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."

"The staff are friendly, they have a kitchen. When many people cook at the same time. It’s a little crowded. The sign on the wall clearly says that everyone should wash their pots and dishes after cooking. Unfortunately, some guests still leave without cleaning up after themselves. It's inconsiderate and makes the shared kitchen unpleasant for everyone."

"The room accommodated three people with two single beds and an extra bed. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Helsinki train station. The only drawback is that the room's facilities are comparable to a two-star hotel or inn in China. The bathroom fixtures work but are very old. You'd need to be 178cm tall and on your tiptoes to look out the window. It reminded me of a song called ”Tears Behind Iron Bars.” This was our last hotel of the trip. Since we only stayed one night, it was the worst value for money of the entire journey. This might be due to Helsinki's high prices, but the front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. If you usually expect a four-star standard or higher, I'd advise caution with this choice."

The receptionist and staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially the male manager—I’m sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for your excellent service and assistance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very strategic location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Keep up the good vibes and work!"

"The hotel is actually right next to the train station. The restaurant kitchen is adjacent to the platforms. If you take the airport line to Central Station, you can exit through the side door, turn into the hotel garden entrance, and you're right in the lobby – no need to use the main entrance and stairs. The hotel lobby, rooms, and room hallways are all very stylish. The Finnish sauna facilities are just okay. Right outside the hotel's main entrance, you'll find bus and tram stops, plus several 24-hour supermarkets, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around."

"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door. It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely. The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."

"The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions."

"The view from the 11th floor of a large building is amazing! You can see the Helsinki CBD. When entering the building, there were many number pads from other tenants, so it was difficult to get in. The room was relatively clean, but the shared shower and toilet were old. The window did not open and I did not know how to adjust the air conditioner, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. However, for this price, a corner room with twin beds was very reasonable."
