"Great hotel - staff attentive, food very good, nice bar area and well placed for the slopes. I was solo traveller, whilst room was small, just right for me. The spa was just along corridor - lovely pool. Spent plenty of time after skiing in sauna & steam room. Note - don’t expect anything in English, everything in town is in Austrian. Staff spoke good English"

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is very impressive. Clean and well looked after. The food is delicious and gourmet. However the ‘wellness’ facilities need improving. My family and I were hoping to relax by the pool most evenings after a long day skiing, but instead of a quiet relaxing atmosphere the facilities were full of loud children every evening. Making so much noise, dive-bombing and splashing guests lounging on the chairs. There is no lifeguard/supervision in the pool area. We chose this hotel as it’s described as a ‘wellness/spa’ hotel, but found we were unable to use the facilities due to the sheer noise from misbehaving children every night. Please implement separate children/adult times in the spa so adults can enjoy the facilities without disturbance. An average stay overall."
