"The room is good for its price, its clean, tv is not working though and the phone is also disconnected. I had to go the elevator area to use the phone to call reception for some request. But This are small things and I believed it can be fixed. Front desk staff is so approachable and professional. I will probably book again in this hotel."

"I was half an hour late checking out, and during that time a staff member was sent to check the room, but I was praying. Later, the management was informed, and I was falsely accused of smoking in the room, with a warning issued, despite my explanation. It was also mentioned that a service worker knocked on the door and it wasn't opened, and I was asked to pay a fee for it. I consider this behavior evidence of mistreatment and dissatisfaction with the level of service, especially from the Indian hotel manager."

"Очень доброжелательный,внимательный персонал.Нисколечко не пожалела,что забронировала этот отель.Мы остановились после прилёта рано утром буквально на несколько часов до следующего вылета.Комната большая,шторы плотные.Выспались отлично.Кровать комфортная очень.По приезду позавтракали .Всё было ширарно.Вкусный омлетик,тосты,круассаны,сладости,фрукты и смузи.Вкуснейший кофе!!До вечера отдыхали в зоне бассейна.Но было немного прохладно для купания .Но всё уютно и комфортно!!Рядом находится супермаркет большой,!А самое главное.нас встретили и проводили в аэропорт.Заселение прошло быстро.Даже разрешили немного задержаться в номере.За что особая благодарность за внимание и терпение!!Спасибо всему персоналу и отелю,что стали частью нашего путешествия! "Facilities: Very new, newly opened hotel. Hygiene: good. Environment: There are KFC, barbecue restaurants, and local burger restaurants nearby. The lobby is Chinese style. Service: Very good. I met the owner at the restaurant in the morning. He is Chinese and has been doing business in Oman for many years. The breakfast buffet includes dumplings and local specialties. The boss also ordered me a bowl of Sichuan noodles, which was delicious!"

"This hotel in Muscat is quite new. I stayed there for 2 nights. It is about 30 kilometers from the airport and is moderately priced. The room is not too big or too small, but it is really expensive to add breakfast."
