"Honestly, upon arrival I was surprised to find the room unavailable, even though I had booked and paid in advance. I waited for almost two hours until they finally provided me with a room. Frankly, it was a bad experience in terms of booking, but the rooms and facilities were excellent considering the price."

"First time booking here, and definitely the last. I booked a twin room through a hotel app for two people. When I arrived at reception, they told me I had to pay an extra 5 rials for the second person, or only one person could stay in the room. This has never happened to me in any Omani hotel before, and I was shocked by this policy. At the same time, another guest was arguing with them about the exact same issue. He had booked a room for two adults and two children, and they demanded an additional fee for the kids. He agreed, but then their greed apparently got the better of them, and they asked for even more money, which he refused. Apparently, this guest had stayed at this hotel before, but there'd been a change in reception staff. It seems the new staff are uncooperative and couldn't care less about guests. They talk down to you, with an attitude of 'pay up or tough luck, there's nothing we can do for you.' They basically leave you with no choice, especially since we arrived late at 12 AM. What's even more frustrating is that the staff are Omanis, who you'd expect to be helpful, but unfortunately, their attitude was 'I get paid regardless, I don't care about the hotel's rating or whether the guest likes this approach.' When I asked to speak to a manager, they said 'only in the morning, but pay now if you want.' They have absolutely no customer service skills. My advice: I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at exploitative hotels like this. This was my first and last time, and I'm giving it the worst possible rating."

"I got a room upgrade at no extra charge upon check-in. It was unexpected and pleasant. My colleague and I went to the pool and gym. We enjoyed everything. The breakfasts weren't bad."

"The hotels definitely seen better times. Buildings and furniture are worn, dirt lying around the restaurant entrance even at 7:30 in the morning. Our room smelled musty, some of the lamps and sockets falling apart. Toilet fittings held in place by tape, etc."
