"The place was quite and calm and the cleanrnes of the room"

"The hotel’s facilities are great but we didnt get to see them due to wedding occurred during our stay. Most of facilities belong to the wedding. The whole hotel staff is busy with the wedding I arrived after check in time and wouldn’t allow to get in due to unknown reasons. One person said room isn’t ready. Other person mentioned the normal statment due to the wedding. Room wasnt cleaned despite they my check in time and they didn’t want to change my room. Resort is great , my kids enjoyed it but above is annoying Run away if there is a wedding at the hotel. Wedding lasts 3-5 days. So consider this or check with hotel before reservation.

"My home in Bahrain everything was great .This hotel try to make you happy ."

"You'll need a private car to get to the entertainment spots."

"Stayed for around two weeks. The best part is the accomodation itself / I had a spacious one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and dining area. Very spacious and made my two week stay very comfortable. All the. R essay extras included in kitchen. House keeping very efficient too. Free parking available on second floor too with direct access to to hotel lifts. Now the drawbacks: - tv channels: small selection of English ones. Only one App: YouTube. At least offer Netflix too so residents can use their own accounts. - breakfast; very poor standard offering with items cooked badly. They also don’t tell you that they will cook eggs fresh for you - if you don’t know you won’t ask. It wasn’t until the third day that I saw someone and did the same. Otherwise breakfast menu has poorly cooked items (sausages soaking with oil) or bakery items that are crusty! - service is not pro active. I am still waiting for a manager to call me about something I complained on my first night! - location: yes it’s connected to Seef mall but the mall is slowly losing its shops / lots of empty boarded up spaces. Much better malls elsewhere. So overall the rooms are great - spacious and well presented. But some of the wider offering lets them down."

"It is a very nice hotel, a bit pricey though. They service is impeccable and their team is very courteous The apartments looks similar to photos and clean. A special thank you to Avinash from house keeping team. I was sick and he noticed that while doing the regular housekeeping and he brought a blanket and kept checking on me and offered to get me any thing from outside. That goes beyond his job and I'm very thankful for that. Thanks again"
