"The hotel is very convenient for skiing, with spacious, clean rooms and a lovely heated pool area, but the big disappointment was the food. It was the end of the season, but in a 4-star hotel, you can't expect to find a few pieces of pre-sliced ​​cake, a single type of empty, frozen brioche, two pieces of stale tart from days before, four pieces of pancakes for breakfast—nothing was replenished; you had the impression of having only a few leftovers from the previous day. The evening buffet consisted of a few raw vegetables, a few slices of cheese, and three grilled vegetables: peppers, zucchini, and eggplant—the same ones every night, never a variation. The young waitresses lacked empathy, rushing the dishes without saying a word or even a smile. The manager was very cold and rude; as soon as we arrived, she rushed us to choose our dishes from the menu without even giving us time to read it. Even the dinner dishes weren't up to the standard of a 4-star establishment, with few typical dishes, nothing reminiscent of Easter, not even a little egg on the table, and an inedible lemon sorbet for dessert... we definitely don't recommend it!"

"Lovely family hotel. Kids playroom was a godsend and bus stop right outside. Big shout out to Marco the Barman he went above and beyond every evening. Only negative was they didn’t change the bedsheets despite us staying there for a week. Food could be improved but they were always accommodating for special requests. They offer complimentary hotel transport to and from the ski school so ask for it as they don’t tell you about it."
