"This year, after 3 years of going to Selva di Val Gardena in September, we changed accommodation and went to the Monte 44 hotel. With us we had our two poodles, the spacious, clean and welcoming room with parquet, had a comfortable terrace. The breakfast was very well prepared and made with local products. The SPA is not very large but welcoming, with an external and heated hydromassage tub, offering a pleasant view of the Selva valley. The owner was very kind and available for explanations and advice on things to see. In conclusion, recommended"

"The manager personally refused us the opportunity to change into our ski gear before check-in! "Anyone who arrives too early has to change on the street." It was an undignified start, but otherwise we liked the hotel, the food was very good, and the service staff was very friendly."

"Never saw it before the renovation but the renovation this hotel has received is very nice. Pool area is more like a 5 star hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. This was also great value and not crazy expensive like a lot of hotels in the area. The hotel still retains its old charm. Breakfast is decent. Location is awesome."

Hotel Miravalle

"Great week-long stay at Hotel Miravalle. The rooms are large and comfortable, many with balconies with great views. Pool, sauna and spa were great after a long day of skiing. We had half-board option and dinner every night was 4 course meal, with a delicious and innovative menu each night. Hotel is slope side, right next to the ski school so morning drop offs for the kids was perfect. Ski room is very high tech and you can an elevator to the slopes. Highlight of our entire stay was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, kind, patient (we were a very large group) and helpful. Will definitely return."

"LOVED our time at Hotel Jägerheim! This hotel is a family run business and they run it with such care. It is conveniently right next to do the Col Reiser lift and has lovely views and plenty of places to sit and enjoy them. I would absolutely come back here - if you stay, do at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. The menu changes every day. Also - their masseuse in the spa is AWESOME."

"Excellent. The hotel itself (structure) is incredible. Esthetic, beautiful. The staff are amazing. They make sure that during your stay, you don't have to think. They do it all for you and to add to which, with a smile and 100% commitment to making your stay carefree and comfortable. I am truly enthralled by this establishment. To add to which - the food is amazing. We have been coming here for 10 years on and off on various occasions. Now, with the re-invented/restructured hotel it is even better. The staff , each and every person is great. You wake up, have an amazing breakfast, walk 20 steps to a main ski lift. Then you come back to the same. Highly recommended. Very highly. You will be lucky if you get a room!"

"Villa Insam is a very simple family-run bed and breakfast, yet its simplicity reflects the courtesy and kindness of Beatrice, her mother, and her aunt, the owner. The location is stunning for those who want to be immersed in nature yet just steps from the town center. You wake up to the most beautiful view you'll find in Selva, namely the Sassolungo, and the sound of sheep bells. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The rooms are simple but clean. Excellent value for money!"

"I have to say I really enjoyed my stay. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and efficient. The very kind owners provided us with excellent advice on activities. The only flaw (if I may say so) was the single room, which wasn't the most modern (but was still spacious and clean). But I already know it will be renovated soon. Definitely an excellent choice."
