"The price-performance ratio is absolutely unacceptable. We were accommodated in the adjacent building on the second floor. The main building is quite run-down and ugly. The rooms were clean, yes, but very old-fashioned with neglected doors. The main hallway was cold, and when we pointed this out to the waiter, he simply said "sorry" and walked off. The smelly, barking dogs in the dining room were also unacceptable. At breakfast, the coffee was undrinkable, and to make matters worse, we had already finished breakfast by the time the waiter bothered to bring us a coffee; he preferred to chat at other tables."

It is by far the best that we have encountered in all the years. We do neither understand nor share the view of the whiners that you encounter on the web. Yes, quality comes at a price and if you stay here in the mountains we are sure it is worth every single penny. We can’t wait to come back and please, if you want to come, do us a favour… do not book our spot ;)"

The hotel is well-kept and spotless, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the wellness area is beautifully arranged and always clean. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, the rooms are clean and offer stunning views of the mountains. The ski slope is right next to the hotel (ski-in/ski-out), which is very convenient since there’s no need to use a car. We kept our car in the garage for the entire stay. Highly recommended!""

"We stayed in a group of 50 people for 4 days. Nice facility. Panoramic location. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in hospitality. Any serious negatives? The spa is located in the basement of the annex. You can imagine that at -10°C, walking 30 meters in slippers and a bathrobe isn't exactly the best. The downside was the food: breakfast was like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. Dinners were appalling. The quality was extremely low and the quantity was very, very low. I've been going to the Dolomites for 20 years, but I've never eaten so badly. Everything needs to be reassessed, starting with the chef and the restaurant staff. I could never return."
