The room is spacious with good natural light, the bedding is soft and ensured a sound sleep, and the cleanliness was meticulous and thorough. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful and attentive service. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The check-in experience was excellent, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

I can’t recommend Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre enough, largely thanks to Cora, the Guest Service Manager. She went above and beyond to make our family’s stay special. Knowing it was my husband’s birthday month, Cora surprised us with a beautiful plate of complimentary welcome fruits and a delicious birthday cake. She also helped us confirm a dinner reservation, taking the stress out of our evening plans. The biggest highlight for our son? Cora gifted him a soft Marriott bear toy – his face lit up instantly, and he hasn’t let go of it since! If you’re looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests, ask for Cora. My father was hospitalized for surgery, so I booked a hotel for my 70-year-old mother. I initially booked 4 nights, but the hospital delayed his discharge by a day, so I extended the stay for another night. The first 4 nights included breakfast, but due to my oversight, I didn't realize the extended night didn't. My mother, expecting breakfast as before, didn't order the hospital's plain porridge for my father after his surgery (she felt the hotel's porridge was too thick 😰). When I found out, I asked the hotel if they could humanely provide just a small bowl of plain porridge, but my request was denied after two attempts. I admit it was my oversight. However, Fuzhong Hospital is indeed a bit isolated, and I had already stayed 4 nights. To have my request for a small bowl of plain porridge denied, despite asking for a humane understanding, left me personally disappointed with the hotel's human-centered service and the staff's empathy. The hotel is a service industry; it should demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and an attitude towards resolving unexpected issues, rather than simply rejecting customers' urgent requests based on procedure.

We've been looking forward to visiting the My Little Pony Hotel for a long time, and finally got to take my daughter. The room was spotless and felt very new. It was great to have a coffee machine in the room. The hotel also boasts a pool and a gym. My little one was absolutely thrilled!

The service at this branded hotel is consistently excellent. I've booked rooms for clients here, and my company has also held annual meetings. The rooms are always spotless. This time, I forgot to ask for an invoice, but after a quick call to the hotel, they promptly issued it for me. A big thanks to Jojo for the fast and efficient service!
