"A wonderful, atmospheric hotel. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious. The Jazzy restaurant on the beach serves excellent, fresh seafood. Room cleaning is excellent, and they even offer turndown service. We requested a late checkout at 5:00 PM due to a flight delay. They extended our stay free of charge and upgraded us to a room with an ocean view, and they even helped us move our luggage. We really enjoyed the pool; it's a good depth, up to 2.2 meters. The hotel grounds are very well-kept and green, with everything in bloom. There are also wild monkeys; the guards chase them away with slingshots."

On the otherside the surrounding needs greening and upkeeping right from the gate, restaurant, the sauna till the beach side. It look slike an abandened building from outside. "Traveling with my son, we booked a package that includes three meals. This is an older hotel, the decoration is not new, but the overall maintenance is still very good, the management is standardized, and the staff is well-trained. The architectural planning of the entire park is well-arranged, with the relaxation and stretching of a resort hotel, the gardens and plants are well maintained, and there is its own private beach. The swimming pool uses sea water, which is comfortable. The view and scale of the room are quite comfortable. When the weather is good, dinner is in the open air. The singer's voice is very mellow, and there is a dance performance afterwards (the dancers should be hotel employees,) The atmosphere is very good. During the day, there will be someone smiling at you anywhere in the hotel? And ask if you need help or service. Special thanks to Pamela, her interaction and companionship with the children left a deep impression on the children, and my son likes her very much. In addition to the interaction by the pool and at dinner, they also made bracelets together. Let the children have a relaxing and happy time. The only drawback is that there are almost no vegetables at breakfast, and the flavor is relatively simple compared to dinner. "We checked in at Amboseli apartments, ACs were not working because apparently the remotes had issues. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Wasted the entire afternoon waiting for the ACs to be fixed. We had an early morning, soon after waking up power goes off because the tokens depleted. 🤦🏾‍♀️ We had to make distress calls at 4:40-ish am to have the owner buy tokens. The next morning we had to shower with cold water and bypass ironing coz the tokens had depleted again (despite us not spending the day in the house and everything staying off the entire day). Anyways, the cleaning lady was a kind woman. Would definitely never consider staying at those apartments. Not worth the price at all."
