"This was my first time staying in a five-star B&B, my first time in a B&B with an elevator across four floors, my first time seeing a B&B that uses L'Occitane products, and my first time encountering a B&B that prepares fresh small dishes for breakfast! The scenery in Poshan Village is, of course, breathtaking. The sunrise and morning mist are absolutely stunning. Although the road up the mountain is narrow and there are no food delivery services, isn't the whole point of coming here to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some peaceful downtime? Now, about the owners – they're neither aloof nor fawning, truly like friends you meet by chance. If you miss the sunrise, the owner will share photos he took himself (it's odd how he still maintains such enthusiasm for photography despite living there). He keeps the rooms extraordinarily clean (he claims he can't stand finding hair on the bed, probably because there aren't many rooms; if there were more, he'd go crazy). When I asked where to see the sea of clouds, he confidently said his fourth-floor terrace was the best (his lips curved as if he was about to speak in a posh British accent). When it came to asking for a good review before I left, he stammered and hesitated for ages, trying to find the right moment (he almost blushed). On the other hand, the owner's mother-in-law was very gracious, with a calmness that comes from having seen a lot of the world. I was smoking outside after dinner, and she was sitting by the door, taking a break from her early morning chores. Naturally, she started talking about her life and stories of the village... it had a distinct 'sitting idly, discussing profound matters' kind of vibe. This B&B in the mountains is unique, unconventional, and full of character."

"Parking here is very good, a big free parking lot, to the ancient city and Yuliangba drive by yourself, there are quite a lot of parking spaces here. There is also a buffet breakfast and the service is very good. The location is on the edge of the ancient city, about 10 minutes drive to each attraction. The room is clean, the space is large, there are some, the air conditioner is a bit cold, the sewer is a bit offensive."

"Eight years ago, during a brief lull in my tumultuous life, I arrived in the ancient city of Huizhou with a woman from Hangzhou and stayed at Jiuyue Huizhou. The ground-floor lobby, brimming with the scent of books, tea, and a warm, friendly atmosphere; the quaint, quiet, and leisurely rooms; the owner, whose air of a sage, the down-to-earth Xiaoyu, the snoring cat, Garfield, oblivious to the Wei and Jin dynasties... The people and objects of this inn are forever etched in my memory, a rare, carefree vacation, a few days of relaxation, a chance to unwind and forget the daily grind, a journey that followed great joys and ended with great sorrow. Later, I followed the owner, Sister Shu, on WeChat and gradually came to understand her deep love for Huizhou, her deep concern for the preservation of the ancient city and the continuation of its traditional culture, and her concern for the lifelong well-being of her employees. Later, through Sister Shu and Shopkeeper Xiaoyu's official WeChat accounts, I learned that September Huizhou was steadily growing stronger, with a restaurant on the first floor and a new cultural and creative shop called "Fish is Coming." The business model was becoming increasingly diverse, and I was delighted, as if I were witnessing the continued success of an old friend. A few days ago, a friend happened to be having her wedding in Anhui, so we planned a "honeymoon runaway bride" plan. The day after the wedding, we "kidnapped" the bride to She County for a vacation, returning to September Huizhou once again. It was still the familiar, towering Archway of Xuguo University Scholar, the familiar Dagujing Street drenched by the summer rain, the familiar, welcoming September Huizhou Inn, and its people, cats, and rooms. The only difference was that last time I was a customer, this time I was a friend. The sumptuous dinner under the warm lights, the refreshing drinks upon check-in, the upgraded cabin to the family room, and the sweet loquat and honey souvenirs specially prepared for us "runaway brides" were all warm greetings from friends reunited after a long separation. Though life may never meet, our movements are as fleeting as those of the Sun and the Sun. What night is this? Sharing this candlelight. Eight years ago, I wondered when I could return to September Huizhou, but I never expected the day of our reunion to be so warm and sweet. Finally, I'd like to share this couplet from the lobby of September Huizhou with all of us: Earn some money, study, achieve some results, and enjoy a few days of leisurely living. Eat well, sleep well, and take care of your health. Another year of gentle time."

"We booked a twin room. The room was not big and the twin beds were compactly arranged, but the sanitary conditions were good. It was a good choice for hiking along the Shangtan Loop. There is no takeout nearby, so I had all three meals at the B&B. The dishes were very tasty and there were many choices. The hand-rolled noodles tasted great. If I were to visit this route again, I would choose this restaurant again. It's great!"

It's right next to the ancient city, just a short walk away. They even gave us an inkstick and a badge upon checkout. A delightful stay!"
