"The hotel quality is excellent, and the price is incredibly appealing. Hilton never disappoints. We received welcome fruits upon check-in and local specialty souvenirs upon check-out. They truly excel in every service detail. The hotel also offers a self-service laundry room and dryers, which is a huge plus because they're free. The bedding was super comfortable, and I finally found a pillow that let me sleep soundly during my travels. Oh, and parking is free! They have a massive parking lot with charging facilities too."

"A very nice place with a convenient location very near a supermarket and several restaurants. I had a pleasant stay here, I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Shexian."

"Very good! The service is also very warm and responsive. The breakfast is also good. In short, it is very comfortable and I will come again."

"The toothbrush is soft to "Paris", I thought about the praise! When I arrived, it was difficult to check in. The passengers in the back were processed one after another. I waited for half an hour. I asked the front desk: What work attitude do you have? After waiting for half an hour, I didn't check in. I checked in first? A: Your last stay at the hotel did not exit you from the police network, suspected that you have a problem, so our hotel system can not check in in time, if you have trouble, you can call the last hotel, let him exit the system from the police station safety net, we can check in for you! I called you and explained: I was afraid that the customer would fall into the hotel, so I didn’t exit the safety net. Hahaha, I went out countless times to explain this explanation, which made people cry and laugh. I was wrong. I was sorry. I didn’t have the service in place. Let you delay your stay at the next hotel. Is it not easy? I kept saying that for the guests, so I didn't exit the safety net in 4 hours. This hotel can really "think" for the guests, treat its mistakes as the ultimate service, and treat the time it brings to the guests as it should! I thank you! Who will dare to live in your home in the future..."

"The room is very clean and the facilities are very good. Except that it is far away from the city and attractions, but fortunately it has its own restaurant. The only dissatisfaction is the service. Although the attitude of the service staff is very good and enthusiastic, the professionalism is low. There are too few front desk staff. The check-out and check-out times are long, and a deposit is required. It is rare that the front desk staff is often not on duty, and training should be strengthened. The environment in the courtyard is good, and the potato children are a plus point for the hotel."

"Meet the hotel star rating, the room is clean, the hot water is comfortable, the cloudy day is because of it, the room is a bit cold, the air conditioning is not very powerful. Parking is convenient, the county hotel is already good"

"Experience is OK"

"Arrived a bit late that day, the parking space is not very easy to find, the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the mineral water is many bottles, but it is better to provide some disposable supplies, such as a brushing cup, disposable bath towels, toilet pads, etc. The parent-child room said that there are children's toys, but there is no. I took the initiative to give it when I checked out. I remembered to ask the front desk and said that it would be delivered for a while...."

"A very nice place to stay with a balcony. The staff are friendly and polite, they provided a very healthy breakfast !"
