"It was almost 3pm when we arrived at Jiuhua Mountain, so we booked a homestay at the foot of the mountain in advance. The price was cheap. We went to the Dayuan Cultural Park to worship Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. The boss provided very good service. He was very enthusiastic to help us drive to the Dayuan Cultural Park. He helped us take our luggage back to the homestay. After visiting the Dayuan Cultural Park, he also took us to the tourist center for a vegetarian meal. We left early the next morning. The boss had a guest going out early in the morning and could not send us to the tourist center in person, but he arranged a small car to send us. However, the luggage of two people was too big to fit! It was also very close to take a taxi to the tourist center. It was very cheap. For us who don’t smoke, the biggest problem is that the room has a strong smell of smoke! The first floor also seems to have the smell of smoke rushing into the room. After staying overnight, I kept spitting out spit with the smell of smoke! If you are not used to the smell of smoke and want to book a room, you may have to ask the boss if there is a non-smoking room!"

You don't have to walk long distances from the parking lot to the check-in area, making it especially suitable for self-driving travelers with children or luggage. Simply unload your belongings and start your trip effortlessly. Second, the front desk service was incredibly attentive. Check-in was efficient, and they even offered to help with our luggage. Knowing we were visiting Jiuhua Mountain, they went out of their way to share routes to avoid crowds and delicious local farm-style dishes. They even patiently reminded us of the important things to do during a blessing ceremony, offering a thoughtful and friendly welcome. Finally, the room experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, odorless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The decor was sophisticated, and the attention to detail was palpable. It was quiet at night, and a good night's sleep gave me the energy to hike the next day. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a handmade gift (a bracelet). We arrived by high-speed train, and the hotel arranged a pick-up for us directly from the scenic area's entrance. On our departure day, we could leave our luggage at the front desk. "The room was very clean, decorated in a Muji style, warm and comfortable. The guesthouse is located below the Jiuhua Mountain archway, costing around 100 yuan, and is very close to the visitor center (less than 500 meters). It's about 1.3 km from the Dayuan Cultural Park. I highly recommend staying at the foot of the mountain! The host even gave us some travel tips, haha, but we didn't listen to him and ended up walking around the front of the mountain twice! Before leaving, the host even gave us blessed amulets—such a warm family! Also, their breakfast was delicious! May Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva bless us 🙏"
