"The hotel is located on the north side of Victoria Island. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the beautiful small city of Sidney after getting off the ferry. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are well-equipped. You can walk to the beach for a meal in a few minutes. It is suitable for a leisurely vacation. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the staff are mostly white. They are enthusiastic but not rushed. Coffee, hot chocolate, fruit, cookies, and lemonade are placed in an orderly manner. After entering the store, you feel like you are back home. The facilities are of the standard of old Western hotels. They are not luxurious, but neat and clean."

"The name of the hotel is very misleading , there is only a spa but it is not considered as a resort because there are no other facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( there is a restaurant but it does not belong to the hotel and is not open for breakfast ) and they do not provide breakfast. There is a coffee place on the lobby level but they do not provide full breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean but do not understand why there is a coffee maker and no electric kettle ."

"This hotel is great! The room has everything you need, including a small kitchen with all the essentials. They also have a pool, gym, and laundry facilities. Parking is easy, and there are restaurants nearby. My only complaint would be about breakfast, where some rude guests hoard all the food, even if they don't eat it or take it with them, leaving nothing for those who come after. But that's not the hotel's fault."
