"I was on assignment and in transit here. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already late at night. The guests were making noise all the way to the middle of the mall in the lobby. They were also noisy in the morning, laughing like they were in a jungle from night to morning without any warning from the hotel staff. Frankly, I was staying here to rest, but it was disturbed. The room wasn't swept, the floor was dirty, and the sheets were dirty. I booked a deluxe room, but they gave me a standard room, claiming it was full, even though I had paid via the app. The room I was given didn't match the one I received. I was disappointed in many things here."
