Unacceptable Service Regarding Extra Bedding** Upon arrival, I was charged for an extra person for my 10-year-old son with the clear promise of an **extra bed**. However, when evening came, a staff member simply placed a **mattress on the floor**. When I questioned this, I was told they only provide mattresses—directly contradicting what was agreed upon at check-in. It took **three separate phone calls** and a lot of unnecessary insistence on my part before they finally provided the actual bed. A guest should not have to fight for basic amenities that they have already paid for. **2. Poor Maintenance & Safety Issues** The swimming pool area is poorly maintained. The pool lights were non-functional, making the area pitch black and unsafe by **7:00 PM**. Even though the official timing is until **8:00 PM**, we couldn’t utilize the facility.
