"This is such a great little place, very “old-timey” for sure but the building is in great shape and well-maintained, my room was spotless and very comfortable. The WiFi is good and the water is hot (very hot!). The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. I would 100% stay here again, and longer next time."

"First, the good stuff: the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, while small, was clean and completely functional. I liked the contactless check-in and check-out procedures, although they are a bit unusual . However, there are two things I would point out to a prospective patron. The first is that this a motel at a hotel price. I can't really call that a complaint, just the reality of visiting a remotish mountain town that sees a lot of tourist traffic. But don't expect chain hotel amenities and service. The other was more of an annoyance than a real problem. The room came quipped with a modern, digital TV, but no remote to operate it , which made the TV useless. There are no manual controls. Overall, if you are just looking for an affordable place to stay while you visit Silverton, this property is a good choice and we recommend it with the caveats listed above."
