"What a nightmare! During the Check-in, our ID’s were not needed, which I found strange. The hotel staff was grumpy so I didn’t question it. In the evening when we got back, the cards of all 3 rooms were de-activated. The reception explained that they mixed up our rooms with other guests that supposedly had the same name (which is truly impossible). They found out they gave the wrong rooms after the original guests had entered our rooms and saw luggage in there. Which is why our cards were de-activated.The next morning we asked if we could pay parking for 2 days. When we gave our room number, the staff said we were supposed to check-out. Then we explained that his colleagues mixed up our rooms etc and probably the other guests that got our rooms should be checking out. He was confused. When we got back in the afternoon we noticed that housekeeping didn’t stop by. On our second time out, we asked the reception if he could send housekeeping for new towels. We got asked if we hung the card on our door for housekeeping. We did, but they just didn’t stop by because they too probably thought we were checking out. Housekeeping was off already, so we had to get towels ourselves on our way back up. During the first night the central ventilation was turned off from midnight until 8AM. It had been 27 degrees during the day. Also a sensor with a loud beep was ringing for some time in the hallway. We barely got any sleep that night. We barely had any phone reception in that area. It made it very difficult for us to navigate to other destinations, unless we were connected to the hotel WiFi first and turned on our Google maps. No amenities available."

We were also very pleased with the numerous hooks and the USB charging port above the bedside table. The space in the room is very cleverly utilized. The shower gel and shampoo provided are also of very high quality. The service is otherwise very friendly and competent. We can't think of anything that could improve the experience."
