"Absolutely first class hotel. Family run. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room. Gorgeous private gardens. This is how a hotel should be run and such hotels are hard to find. I think we will no longer stay in four star hotel chains but look for three star family run places. It's really good here."

"The hotel looks nice in the photos. It's actually a hostel. We booked it for 11 days, arrived, and barely lasted a day. In reality, it's something like glamping, a hostel, or a tent. There's no service, and renovations are long overdue. And, as usual, they didn't refund my cancellation fee! We wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are a couple of decent hotels nearby; *********** is your friend."

A special thanks to Mr. Roland at the Premium Reception and Mr Balázs at Opus restaurant for their fantastic service and hospitality. It is visible that the hotel is being renovated (e.g.: Premium wellness has been renewed) and is being taken care of. Thank you to Opus chefs for the tasty evening menus. "It was an excellent experience. Everything was very nice and clean. They have a beautiful garden and location is very close to the lake. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. "The hotel itself is super , modern, clean. The problem was that neither of my stays did the air condition work, always different explanations. Luckily the nights were not hot outside so the window could have been kept open, however there was a party in the parking area of the hotel so due to the noise needed to be closed. There was a fan in the room but did not help much as there was 26 Celsius in the room. The bistro of the hotel is quite good, however the staff of the bar was rude. The morning staff was really nice. I stayed here twice, both times same experience. Normally would not stay after the first, but gave a second chance as the hotel is very comfortable, wellness is really nice and the rooms are great."

"A good place for the price; it was nice to stroll along the embankment. It's a 20-minute walk to the train station with a suitcase—not far, in my opinion, especially since the route is flat. Delicious breakfasts and dinner, wonderful staff. The downsides are the very loud noise; you can hear everything going on in the hallway and the snoring of neighbors in other rooms. Also, as I read in other reviews, there are cobwebs on the ceiling and walls. I also have some issues with the bed—it has a protective oilcloth and a small sheet on top, which causes everything to constantly slide and get out of place, and you have to adjust it to avoid sleeping on a sore mattress. The pillow also needs to be replaced; it's like a thin rag when you lay your head on it."

"There's no air conditioning in the room on the top floor. The portable, noisy air conditioner in the room doesn't work either. The room temperature was 30 degrees Celsius and stuffy. You can't open the window because there were so many disgusting cobwebs and spiders right next to it. This is obvious neglect and a long lack of cleaning. There were also spiders in the room. The outside was filthy. Tons of cobwebs, trash, and a general mess. The terrace was filthy and dirty. Pluses were the good food and the location by the lake. We have very fond memories of this stay while traveling on our way to vacation. Simply a nightmare! We wanted to rest after the journey and regain our strength for the journey. We had a sleepless night in terrible conditions. I do not recommend it. We strongly advise against this place. Avoid this place. P.S. You can't access the hotel parking lot in the evening because the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. You have to pay extra for city parking. There is no staff at the reception in the evening and there is no way to file a complaint."
