"Absolutely awful! Zero stars! 1. The room hygiene was appalling. I had to use six wet wipes just to clean the doorknobs, table, wardrobe handles, doorframes, and even the headboard, all of which were covered in dust. The carpet's dustiness was beyond belief, and the area under the sink was covered in water stains! Having stayed in countless hotels, I was absolutely appalled by the lack of cleanliness here! 2. The staff's attitude, both during our stay and at check-out, was atrocious! Especially the housekeeper on the 17th floor, who showed absolutely no service awareness and was incredibly rude! Her actions on August 14th between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM severely ruined our entire vacation mood! She spoke with extreme impatience, as if we owed her money. Upon entering our room, we discovered a wet duvet. As we were traveling with a child, we immediately requested a dry one. The housekeeper initially insisted we collect it at the door, but when we declined, she stormed into the room and *flung* the replacement duvet onto the luggage rack. What was she thinking?! She then took the wet duvet and left, leaving the dry one unceremoniously dumped on the luggage rack. I was utterly speechless! Traveling with a child, we tried to brush it off and keep our spirits high. However, to our dismay, the front desk staff at check-out were equally cold and unhelpful, barely speaking a word! This hotel has unfortunately tarnished our impression of the entire city. We will never stay here again, nor do we wish to pass by it! I didn't take photos of the dirty room at the time, always thinking it was better to avoid trouble. However, they pushed my patience to the breaking point until the very last moment at check-out. I couldn't hold it in any longer! Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible!"

"The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety of nutritionally balanced options, satisfying diverse palates. Highly recommended!"

"The room was really dirty. There were hairs left on the bed, and the air conditioning wasn't working at all. I tried adjusting it multiple times in the middle of the night, but it made no difference. The hairdryer was also broken, and the phone wasn't even plugged in. I went to the front desk late at night to report these issues, but the staff didn't resolve any of them."

"I have been staying at this hotel in Siping. Once the faucet broke out and there was no hot water. I didn’t send the shower gel until I was washed. Except for that time, every time I left was good. It was a well-regulated hotel. There was no mistake, that is, the shower in the room had to take a chance to see the room. Some of the water is OK, some are very bad, the barbecue downstairs is delicious."

"It's a mediocre accommodation, but the overall value for money is acceptable. The rooms aren't large, but they're well-equipped, and the service is decent. The only downside is the limited number of restaurants nearby."
