"This hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Front desk personnel were very helpful with advising us where to go for dinner, where to go on walks, and was generally very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very standard but you expect this with a continental serving. The room we had, which was a standard room, was massive with a large bed large shower room, sitting/lounge area and a balcony - we had a lot of room. The spa facilities were also unbelievable. With a sauna, steam, relaxation room, massage room, outdoor hot tub/hot pool/normal pool. There were a lot of options for the spa facilities - especially after a long days walk, perfect come back to. This hotel was slightly more expensive than the local four stars but it is completely worth it if your budget can stretch."

"Service: Excellent!! I didn't notice when I booked that it was HB (Half Board)!! Breakfast and dinner were included, and there was even a personalized nameplate. Dinner wasn't just a quick meal; there was a fine dinner, and the lamb chops were delicious! Cleanliness: Regular cleaning every day. Facilities: Ample parking nearby. The hotel has all the necessary spa facilities and outdoor sports equipment. The rooms are large and have terraces. The heating was always on. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, making it inconvenient to wash your hair. Environment: No need to say more, just look at the pictures to see how beautiful it is. Plus, it's a 30-minute walk from the Blade's Edge Gondola, which is acceptable."

The accommodation is welcoming, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, close to the ski lifts and with a spectacular view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountains. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. It was a truly pleasant experience that we recommend without hesitation. We'll definitely be back!"
