"Booked the 2 day wellness experience with my wife and daughter Pros 1. Lush Green Exceptionally well maintained premises amidst peaceful surrounding and nature 2. Polite, helpful and Courteous staff 3. The entire property from the rooms, interiors and exteriors to the facilities and external areas are exceptionally well maintained 4. Fully functional state of art gym, swimming pool, tennis, badminton and pickle ball courts 5. Well planned daily routine which include relaxation therapies, yoga session, meditation etc. Cons All the above pros are severely scarred by one and only one aspect “FOOD”. - No Tea / Coffee - No Non Veg Food - Restricted Meals with Portion control I am a healthy adult with no ailments and visited this location for a relaxing weekend getaway as was sold to me by the reservation team. Then why put me on a restrictive diet with portion control. I am not here for dieting or curing myself of diabetes or cholesterol. Are they trying to fix something which ain’t broken..? Most of the people who were staying on the same dates as me and visiting this place as a weekend getaway found themselves struggling for food choices with some going to the extent of ordering from Zomato while other like me went to nearby cafes to have my morning tea/ coffee From an F&B perspective the place seemed more like a Jail/ Hospital than a relaxation/ rejuvenation destination. How can my mind relax when i am sleeping with my stomach half empty. Infact during my stay there was a group checkin for which a buffet was laid out for lunch. Even before the group could start their meals the rest of the guests were so hungry that they latched on to the buffet which was not even meant for them… Overall experience was disappointing, stressful, depressing and unsatisfying. Had it not been for my wife i would have checked out the very next day. Total waste of 70k on stay of 3 pax for 2 nights Most of these ayurvedic retreats are based in kerala which also double up as weekend getaways. They offer tea/ coffee and some of the high end ones offer non vegetarian food as well ***** with your preferred food options"

"itna ganda staff tha ki hotel room me puri rat shadi mahol ki vzah se so bhi nhi paye..hme next day hospital jana hai ...or hum ghar ka khana sath laye the inhone hme dinner tak garam kar k nhi diya itni thand me...or bar bar bolne par bhi room tak change nhi kiya ...shadi ka banquet book tha to hotel room mna kar dete...but nhi...dono hath se pse kmane the par service or facilities k nam par zero ...10000 spent karne k bad bhi chain se so bhi nhi paye...staff bhi unprofessional tha..batamiz log...shame on you ramada..it was my first time & will never come again...total waste of my money."

"We went with family to the hotel. We had booked a suite and a deluxe room, hotel is good and staff is generally pleasant and supportive. Food in restaurant is also good. Location as well as room size are pretty good. A few things that need to be improved. 1 - we had chosen it due to swimming pool. But swimming pool is still being constructed. 2 - ac in the room was not cooling well. We did not realise as were too tired in night. We informed in morning twice and they kept saying that they will correct but never did. 3 - while i was at the counter giving ids during check in, they might have come to family for welcome drink. In short only 2 out of 5 people got it. It seems it was good and i asked them to provide it to all of us. They never provided that. 4 - suite is not worth booking. It just has an extra chair and a small ac on top. I realised that it was only this small ac whose temp was set to 26 degree that was somehow able to cool the room a bit. It is expected that suite will at least have a bath tub and an extra sitting space. But there was none."

I went in for just three days with no specific weight‑loss goal, yet still ended up losing 1.3 kg, which was icing on the cake. The doctors and therapists are truly excellent- knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply invested in your wellbeing. One of the highlights was the salt cave therapy, a unique and memorable experience its a sauna‑style room with salt‑laden walls. The food was fresh, nourishing, and delicious- served mindfully in quantities tailored to your prescribed diet. The chlorine‑free pool, cleansed using natural methods, is another standout. What makes it even better is the convenience-it’s barely a 50-55‑minute drive from South Delhi. I returned feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely refreshed. Had an absolutely fabulous weekend and would highly recommend Naad to anyone looking for an impactful wellness break."
