"A boutique hotel in a super location in Sopot. Clean, modern decor with delicious breakfasts! ( and this is unchanged since the hotel has existed in the new arrangement, I have tested several times and each time everything is delicious and fresh! :)) Situated 200 meters from the train station, but you can't hear the moving trains. Across the street is also a bus stop, from which you can take a bus to Gdynia. 10-15 minutes walk to the pier and the beach. I recommend wholeheartedly !"

"The hotel is very nice and located in a great location, the rooms are also of a great standard, the breakfast is delicious, with a huge selection, the service is very nice. The only downside is the introduction of a time limit in the pool and sauna area (1 hour a day) and a large number of people from outside coming to the pool. I understand that the hotel wants to earn money this way, but the situation in which hotel guests have to wait in a queue because there are no free places in the pool, and a group of 8 people from outside enters before us is not very comfortable. In addition, due to this huge number of people, there was not a single free sunbed or even a place to put your things (books or bathrobes) while using the pool. I think that when paying almost PLN 1,000 per night for 2 people with a child, guests should have priority entry to the spa area or the time limit should be higher than 1 hour. We came to the hotel regularly and one of the reasons for choosing it was the great pool and sauna area, where you could really relax - that is why we are very disgusted with how it looks now."

"I really liked the hotel! Very good location, the sea is right next to it. Great promenade along the sea. Very rich breakfast and everything is very tasty. The hotel itself is neat and clean. We stayed in Deluxe room 309 - in my opinion it is the best room, because you can see the sea from the balcony and through the room window! It is worth eating at the Falo restaurant in the hotel. We also took advantage of the pedicure and manicure services offered by the hotel, Irina is a great employee, special thanks to her - she is a true professional 100 points, I definitely recommend it."

"When booking this hotel, I specifically requested a firm mattress as a special request. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were given a room that did not correspond to the room we had booked according to the website and booking details. We had booked a Classic Room of approximately 25 m², but were given a Classic Attic Room of only around 15 m² (see attached picture). With all due respect, the room was more comparable to what one would expect from a guesthouse than from a five-star hotel. In addition, the mattress was very soft, despite our specific request for a firm mattress. My wife immediately went to reception to raise this issue. We were told that all mattresses in the hotel were the same. However, the staff kindly arranged a special coconut mat to place on top of the mattress, which did make it somewhat firmer. As we were also dissatisfied with the room itself, we returned to reception the following morning and requested a room that corresponded to our original booking. We were initially told that this would be difficult because the hotel was fully booked. We were then offered an upgrade, but at an additional cost. I made it clear that I did not want to pay anything extra. I simply wanted the room category that I had originally booked and paid for. Surprisingly, a suitable room was then suddenly found. Even more surprisingly, the mattress in this new room was completely different from the one in the first room. It was considerably firmer and, in fact, exactly the type of mattress we had specifically requested when making the reservation. For this reason, I am very disappointed with our experience. When booking and paying for a room in a five-star hotel, I expect to receive the room category that I booked, and I also expect a reasonable effort to accommodate a clearly stated special request such as a firm mattress. The fact that we initially received a significantly smaller and lower-standard room, together with a very soft mattress, while a suitable room and a much firmer mattress were apparently available, is particularly disappointing. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously, as this experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star property."

"The worst place I've ever stayed. A very low standard hotel. The apartment was spacious, but it was unbearably hot. It is located in the attic, on the 4th floor (the lift only reaches the 3rd floor). At temperatures above 20 degrees, the air conditioning is insufficient, which makes the room very stuffy. On the plus side, I can mention the wardrobe, large bedroom and bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. Unfortunately, the quality of the finish leaves much to be desired. No coffee machine (only Nescafe sachets available) and coffee cups (there are only two glasses for water). The TV does not work (no TV channel was available in the bedroom). The reception staff was rude and unprofessional, absolutely not at the level of expected hospitality. When I wanted to rent an iron and ironing board, I had to go down to the reception because no one answered the ringing phone for 5 minutes. It turned out that the receptionists were busy talking among themselves, ignoring the ringing phone. We went to the hotel restaurant, where the waiters were talking among themselves and for almost fifteen minutes no one approached us, even though we were the only guests. We gave up and left the restaurant. There was a lot of chaos during breakfast, the tables were dirty. The dishes were not served. The room was not cleaned all day, even though there was no "do not disturb" sign on the door. The room ladies were impertinent. I warn potential guests. Never again!"
