"I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had during a reception call with Mr. Mashudu. His conduct was very rude, and the level of customer service he provided was unacceptable. Thaba Moshate should consider hiring professional staff who understand proper customer service standards. The overall professionalism and official appearance at the reception also require great improvement. I hope this matter will be addressed urgently to ensure better service for all customers."

"Last stay nine years ago Since then a fire has sadly destroyed much of the surrounding area, restaurant and accommodation. The chalet we were given had not been destroyed and was still in the original beautiful condition. The Managers greeted us on arrival and were friendly. Regarding the inclusive meals, for dinner we were only given two options although the breakfast was very good. Overall we thought the cost of our stay was rather high compared to other accomodation during our three week holiday in South Africa. "
