"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and made the overall experience warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Service throughout was prompt and efficient.
Food was good overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement – a few dishes consistently had less salt, which impacted the overall flavor.
Special mention to the pool caretaker who was very attentive and provided excellent service. However, it would be helpful if the water depth is clearly marked on all sides of the pool for safety and clarity.
Also, a big shout-out to the valet team – they worked tirelessly and handled everything smoothly and professionally.
Last but not the least, Thank you for the room upgrade since we had a child with us."

GGuest UserThis hotel in Candolim - mid-North - Goa is close to most places of interest in mid Goa like Baga & Clangute beaches and the nite life/shopping places… the hotel is just a building with hardly any compound… it is about 3 stories tall… has an infinity pool on the top floor… various types of rooms… ours had a bath tub… we did not ask for any… the breakfast had English breakfast… excellent live music in the restaurant which is right in the front of the hotel visited by foreigners and natives alike.... overall an excellent experience... will return

EElena AntsiferovaI recommend this hotel, but there are some caveats. The rooms are gorgeous! The bathroom amenities are premium. The reception staff is generally friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't at all suitable for Europeans; it's purely Indian. The omelettes are very thin and small, and the toppings (we ordered cheese) are very limited, so we always left hungry. The pools are very clean and large, and the grounds are beautiful.

They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well.
Rooms are clean but old and need improvement.
Breakfast buffet had mediorce options.
Staff barely smile at you.

GGuest UserWe came around 12 in the night on 24 may. Although the restaurant at the hotel was closed but still you will get the zomato delivery and restaurant's nearvresorts to be open till 4 in the morning. The stay was smooth and they will book the taxi to the airport but will rake an additional charge
