Spa hotels in Mysore District

The best service and cleanliness among the hotels I've been to.The best thing is the swimming pool. Opening 6.30-6 It's 30 o'clock, so everyone would want it in the evening.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

I have questions about the room font, everything is very old! The towels are black!!!! The bathtubs are dirty!!!! The doors to the bathroom don't close because they are already old!!! Old hotel!!! I would give them no more than 2 stars!!!

The rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

Dining: guests have the option to enjoy meals in their rooms through room service or dine at the on-site restaurant, udupi grand, located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, providing flexibility and convenience for dining preferences. Amenities: the hotel provides essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, television, and complimentary wi-fi. These facilities cater to both leisure and business travelers, ensuring connectivity and comfort throughout the stay. Overall, hotel golden castle's strategic location near key transport hubs and tourist attractions, combined with its dining options and essential amenities, makes it a suitable choice for visitors looking to explore mysore. Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.

Location: Easily reachable and good road. Property: Greenery maintained well. Food: Breakfast spread is good. Soft idlis and crispy vadas. The Valentine's al-carte menu was OK. The valentine's day menu was confusing. The names were changed to match the theme but it didn't give any clear clue of what it was. We ended up ordering things we didn't wanted. Amenities: Good and clean rooms. Everything was functioning as expected for us. There are no water aerators to the taps. So there is lot of water wastage and also the water flow pressure is high. OKish indoor game area. The snooker que, TT bats aren't in great shape. Service: Excellent staff. Always ready to help.
