Holiday Inn Express SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN by IHG ★★★

"Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Heater is strong. Breakfast spread is sumptious. Cinnamon roll, hot dogs and omelettes are delicious"

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Springfield ★★

Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel ★★★★

"This hotel clearly used to be a grand establishment, but those days are long gone. Still, it served its purpose. My room faced the street, and if cars drove by with their windows down and music blaring, it sounded like they were right inside my room."

Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MA ★★★

"Everything was tip top. We could not wish for a better hotel experience."

Marriott Springfield Downtown ★★★★

"The sound insulation is poor, as it is next to an elevated road."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield MA ★★★

"We did not receive the room promised by Trip. The room differed significantly from the pictures shown when booking. The city view turned out to be a view of shipping containers (Image 1). After the toilet overflowed, the technician arrived very quickly but unfortunately did not fix the problem. Instead, he "assigned" us the task of cleaning the bathroom afterward (Image 2). Unacceptable. The wallpaper in the bathroom was already peeling off the walls (Image 3). The pool was a disgrace. In addition to the poor water quality, the overall condition of the pool was very bad (Image 4)."

Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield Downtown ★★

"On the road trip from NJ to Maine, we stayed at 2 Hampton Inns. This was the lower quality of the two. I had to deal with my wife's nagging for choosing this hotel. On the end of the day from the tired drive, we did not feel that welcomed by the front desk staff, nor did the staff at the breakfast service next day look happy at the job. The room felt sub par. It looks like it has been updated, but half heartedly. The quality of the finish was not good. In room furniture and carpet feels dirty."

MGM Springfield ★★★★

"Not bad, I think Springfield is the best."
