Outstanding
DDan WuangExtremely near the Taichung train station where I alighted. Walked down the escalator and walk straight towards the side of the taxi and look out for blue logo of Loosha hostel on one of the buildings on the right and you can reach there by less than 3mins.
Go to the reception at 5 floor on the inner lift, once you check in and got the access card, you can take the 2 lifts in front .
Awesome buffet breakfast with coffee starts at 8am and simple bread and jams if you’re in a rush at 7am.
Very clean kitchen and toilets as there are many staffs helping to clean and mainly the people staying there do their parts to make sure of a clean environment too.
Proximity to 7-11 and lots of Indonesian food and other food stall and Gancheng station where the bus will take you to Sun Moon Lake.
Awesome hostel with great eco friendly experience.

AAmy__travelLocated in the middle of a night market, and right on a main street, it's a convenient location with easy access to taxis. The hotel is in a multi-purpose building, and the signs outside are mainly in Chinese, so it might be a little difficult to find. The building's appearance might be a bit surprising, but the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, with a separate toilet and shower.
We stayed in a twin room, which was larger than expected. The beds were further apart than in a typical twin room, providing a sense of privacy even for two people (though, since I was staying with a close friend, the distance actually made us feel a little lonely, haha).
There are no slippers provided, but you can purchase disposable slippers for 10 yuan at the front desk. There's a spacious common area behind the front desk with a refrigerator and a kitchenette. It gets plenty of sunlight, so it would be nice to bring in drinks to enjoy there.

GGuest UserCame here for an exam~~ The environment is very clean, and the lobby is really nice. The bathroom and toilet are also very clean. You need to bring your own toiletries, but the hostel provides shower gel and shampoo. Simple toast for breakfast is included. The lobby was too crowded so I didn't take pictures. I happened to be alone when showering, so I took a quick photo. There are many food options nearby.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to the bus station, and it's convenient to walk to Yizhong Night Market. However, the hotel entrance is quite discreet, making it easy to mistake it for a similarly named hotel nearby. Although the room wasn't very large, it was clean, and the decor was new, simple, and modern, with a youthful vibe. Even though my room was directly opposite the elevator, the soundproofing was good, and it wasn't noisy. There's a water dispenser on every floor, which is super convenient. The receptionist was also very friendly, and restocking efficiency was quick. There's a breakfast place opposite, and various types of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, all very convenient. Definitely recommended!

Seems like a capsule hotel in Japan.
The hotel staffs were kind, they only speaks ********* but they tried to communicate with me.
Sadly this hostel is one of the cheapest hostel in Taichung.
Whether you can sleep soundly depends on other guests.
There is a kitchen but it’s out of service.
You can buy food at the convenience store close to the hotel.

WWan0613The price is OK, but there is no service. It is to check in and check out with the machine. The parking is only downstairs. If it is full, you have to go to the parking lot next to it. The room is simple, the bathroom water will be hot and cold, and the water column is sprayed very well. The location is ordinary.

GGuest UserWhat I liked: the room looks exactly like the picture, friendly staff, AC, hot water shower with good pressure, mini fridge, great Internet, comfy bed, water dispenser, free coffee/tea/hot chocolate dispenser, good soundproofing, great location, quiet.
What I didn't like: dirty walls with stains, mold in the bathroom, musty smell in the room. Also, the carpet in the hallways is in serious need of vacuuming.

The location is convenient, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. For the price, it’s definitely reasonable, and I’d be happy to come back again if I visit Taichung in the future.
The only downside was the water temperature in the bathroom — it was quite hard to adjust, and tended to be a little too hot. It would be great if that could be improved for a more comfortable stay.
