GGuest UserThe room cleanliness is good, but the front desk staff are somewhat cold and lack friendliness. However, if needed, they are willing to help.
The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled water. You have to use the hotel's provided kettle to get filtered water outside the room, which is extremely inconvenient and feels unhygienic.
This should not be the service provided by a five-star hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, I was quite disappointed.
Right from check-in, the staff couldn't find my reservation, and they even asked for my surname in English, and the number and gender of guests, which was a bit odd.
I noticed a lot of things because I was waiting for my luggage in the lobby for a very long time. The seating area around the art installation in the lobby was dusty, especially the back rows, and the outdoor area was full of fallen leaves.
While I was busy with my child and family arranging crafts, my luggage had already been taken to the room. When I realized I needed my carry-on bag, the staff said they would retrieve it from the room for me (we hadn't even checked into the room yet). I had a carry-on with my child's daily essentials, and my child needed to use the restroom. So, we waited in the lobby for that bag for nearly 20 minutes.
Regarding the other facilities, the welcome tea was incredibly simple. The window in our room had large water stains on the glass (I initially thought it was fog). Below our room, there was an area with weeds and what looked like abandoned moss, which felt out of place. It seemed like the most effort the hotel put in was the gardening, and I couldn't understand why this particular area existed; it was a huge contrast.
Considering all meal costs are extra, it really didn't offer good value for money at all. The food, however, was very good, and the laundry service was a plus. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming.
If the room rates were lower, I might consider revisiting. But if the prices and facilities remain as they are, I won't be returning.

阿阿蒙妈妈It was a theme park hotel. Very far from town. The hotel was not a bad one, the facilities inside are good, but it can be better for the price range. The theme park is very old, and rather run down, some equipments were closed and abandoned with rust... not a bad one, but consider the price paid, it was not value for money...will revisit if the theme park go thru major renovation.

VVladimir PervouchineHotel is great overall, but beds are really hard surface type. The hotel feels like was last renovated / built some 20 or so years ago, which makes everything looks dated. However, in terms of cleanliness, service and location it is an excellent hotel (if you are ok sleeping on a hard bed).
Staff is very helpful.
We didn’t try spa or dining so cannot comment here.
Location is good: it is not too far from central district yet if you’re driving (we did) you don’t have to drive through the most congested areas. There are a few excellent coffee places nearby. Many places around to eat.

There's a free mini bus from Taichong HSR station to Hotel at 1F Exit #6 platform 8-10 as hotel schedule such a convenient travel.
I'm enjoy with private hot spring bath tub in room.
Strongly recommend for your vacation.

FFangmeiThe location is a bit remote, which is inconvenient if you don't have your own car. While the hotel has both Chinese and Western restaurants, the Western one is closed on certain days. Without a reservation, finding a table for lunch at the Chinese restaurant can be difficult, potentially forcing you to dine elsewhere. The bathroom facilities are old and outdated, and there weren't enough towels provided. There's a public recreational area with some activities suitable for children and young adults. The private soaking tub in the room, where you can bathe at your leisure, is the only redeeming feature.

FFunglam2The environment is quiet and the hotel is relatively old, but it is clean and comfortable at 10 points! But the drive is a bit far, so it is recommended to go out early! There are also many restaurants and beautiful attractions near the hotel! It is a good place for vacation! Of course, the hot springs are also very good !
