Taichung Hotels with Pools

I wrote in my initial booking that this was an Anniversary trip, I was quite surprised that the hotel did not do nor acknowledge such things and that quite bothered me. First impressions do lasts and I also had an incident in their restaurant that serves buffet, where there was a insect (almost cockroach like) in the soup which was honestly very shocking for a 5 star restaurant but the recovery of how they handled was not great and no follow up was done. Overall, I wasn’t as happy staying here as I thought I would. But I won’t definitely be coming back.

Upon check-in, when asked the reason for our stay, I casually mentioned we were celebrating our 100th day together. They genuinely took note and arranged related services. The sense of privacy and exclusive hospitality was exceptional, truly living up to the reputation of Japan's top Hoshino Resorts group. I particularly loved the design of the entire garden and the relaxation pavilions by the pool, as well as the hot springs. Whether it was the expansive window views from the room, the scenery from the private onsen, the women's public bath, or the dining area, every single spot, with its flowers, plants, and water birds, was meticulously designed. Both dinner and breakfast were also thoughtfully prepared and presented using local ingredients. Our 2-day, 1-night stay left us feeling incredibly touched and joyful, both physically and mentally. It felt like we were taken care of in every possible way. Every moment was filled with deep appreciation. I highly recommend staying here.

Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination.

Best nature vibe hotel in Taichong with indoor and outdoor onsen. There's a free mini bus from Taichong HSR station to Hotel at 1F Exit #6 platform 8-10 as hotel schedule such a convenient travel. I'm enjoy with private hot spring bath tub in room. Strongly recommend for your vacation.

New hotel, located right on top of a shopping mall, which is super convenient for shopping. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. All the amenities were well-stocked. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant provided excellent service. Breakfast was a freshly prepared, hot set menu, which I was very impressed with. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The hotel boasts spacious facilities and large rooms. Breakfast is served as a set meal, but the dishes are thoughtfully prepared, diverse, and delicious. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor. You can hear the sound of water pipes from the next room's hot spring late at night, which disturbs the peacefulness of the evening.

The room lacked a luggage rack, the room was in a good environment, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is large, but there is a little crack. The sanitary ware is exquisite. Staying feels good, the outdoor bath facilities are first-class for taking pictures. Only the hotel does not have transportation facilities, if there is a car to pick up and drop off to the nearby food old street! Because this hotel is relatively remote in the forest, it can be reached low, do not drive by yourself, or chartered car can not be reached. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is Taiwanese; dinner needs to be arranged early, because it will be closed around 8 o'clock.
