FFlow.dotcomI had a wonderful stay at Millennium Hotel Taichung! This is truly a 5-star experience from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. As soon as my taxi pulled up, the bellboy came over right away and helped with my luggage—even sending it directly to my room without me needing to handle anything. Such thoughtful service!
The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I especially loved the little touches, like the Nespresso coffee machine for a nice cup of coffee anytime. The biggest surprise was the complimentary mini bar—there were four bottles of soft drinks provided for free, which was such a nice bonus!
The bathroom was also impressively large, clean, and well-designed, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the stay.
Overall, I highly recommend Millennium Hotel Taichung if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

FfairyThis was my first time bringing my mom to Taichung, and we chose to stay at the Howard Plaza Hotel Taichung. The room was huge, with two large beds, easily accommodating four people. It's truly great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay at the Howard Plaza Hotel again next time I'm in Taichung.

暖暖暖的木木The hotel's location is pretty good; it's about a ten-minute walk to Fengjia Night Market. However, it's a bit far from other attractions, and there aren't any bus stops nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to get around. The service was quite good, though the uncle at check-in was a bit distant. After that, all the ladies at the front desk were really lovely! A great perk of the hotel is that if you don't like feather pillows, you can request other types, but it's first-come, first-served, so speak up quickly! I personally thought breakfast was delicious, especially the savory soy milk – so good! 😍 But the late-night snack wasn't anything special, no need to go out of your way for it. The hotel also offers a free foot bath, but you'll need to buy your own bath salts for 10 NTD.

GGuest UserVery clean and nice hotel everything is very organised , good location and friendly frontdesk .ALL the staff are simply exceptional, especially the frontdesk- Lia Wu , Emily Chen and Wendy Liu. , they showed their professionalism by introducing this new hotel and the surroundings to us . They are so helpful to assist us with our luggages and personally deliver to our room. Every interaction with them felt warm and welcoming . The breakfast is good with many choices , restaurant manager and staff are friendly too. Overall the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction made a truly memorable stay.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The environment was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and comfortable with soft bedding. The facilities were also quite comprehensive. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to dine and shop. I would consider staying here again.

VVladimir PervouchineHotel is great overall, but beds are really hard surface type. The hotel feels like was last renovated / built some 20 or so years ago, which makes everything looks dated. However, in terms of cleanliness, service and location it is an excellent hotel (if you are ok sleeping on a hard bed).
Staff is very helpful.
We didn’t try spa or dining so cannot comment here.
Location is good: it is not too far from central district yet if you’re driving (we did) you don’t have to drive through the most congested areas. There are a few excellent coffee places nearby. Many places around to eat.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good value for money. The room was surprisingly large, and the bed was huge, perfectly sized for a family of three. The staff were quick to bring extra towels and blankets, and there was no charge for charging your electric car. Excellent!

CChristienMSet in I’m assuming an old hotel. The dorm is a little cramped but I liked the privacy of the pods. The toilets and showers are clean and modern. The common area is a little uncomfortable - just a tables and chairs set up. Could be a little more homely. But overall for the price I it’s a good place to stay. The door on the room is very heavy so makes a lot of noise when people are going in and out

GGuest UserWe checked in at this hotel on the evening of December 21, 2025. Immediately after we got into the assigned room, we smelled a very strong odor of chemical spray. My wife couldn’t bear this and started to have allergic reaction. Immediately we notified the front desk. They offered to switch to another room. Nevertheless , when we got to the other room, it had the same chemical odor. Therefore we decided to leave this hotel and found another hotel to stay for that night. We had requested a refund and the front desk at the Comin Place said that they would contact Trip.com to refund us the fee. However, till now we haven’t received the refund from Trip.com.
