Wan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

The streets outside were super cute, it gave a feeling of a more realistic industrial Chinese experience, the restaurants were cheap and made absolutely delicious food, and there is a gift shop at the end of the road where you can buy some tea cakes or dried fruit. There’s also 2 bottle stores in the area if that tickles your fancy. The didi to the airport also only takes around 6-8 minutes and that’s by far the best thing about this place. The rooms are meh, I wouldn’t be happy staying there for longer than a few days, but for a one or two night sleeping spot it works fine. Could be better cleaned especially under the bed and couches, and the plugs and cables need some TLC, but otherwise for the price it’s not terrible.

The hotel's location is excellent and the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very gentle and accommodating. The hotel service is excellent, and the room was very clean. It's close to scenic spots, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay! There are also many dining options nearby, which is a big plus.

The room offered excellent value for money, possibly because it was the off-season, and the staff member directly upgraded my room type. It even came with an electric heater, which was especially comfortable given we were in the south. The towels and bath towels were all disposable, which was a nice touch. The best part is that many popular TV shows in the room could be watched for free without needing a subscription! The location is also superb; downstairs, there are plenty of highly-rated local snacks, and it's not far from Xingfu Road. The subway station is also within walking distance. There's an amazing sour bamboo shoot noodle place in a nearby alley! I'll definitely eat there again next time I visit.

Guest UserTitle: Great location and view, but challenging for foreign travelers
Review:
This property is more of an Airbnb-style apartment rental than a traditional hotel. While the location and the view from the room are excellent, there are several points that foreign travelers should be aware of.
Check-in: The front desk counter does not provide room numbers or guidance. You must contact the owner directly via the Trip.com app's call function. Note that the owner does not speak English.
Room Guidance: I was guided to the room by two young men in casual clothes rather than hotel staff. They took photos of my passport and face for registration, but they seemed unfamiliar with the system and struggled for a while.
Facilities: Hot water stopped in the middle of my shower; this might be due to the water heater settings or capacity. Also, the TV is only connected to a Xiaomi internet device, which requires a private account or additional payment to watch anything.
Wi-Fi: I scanned the QR code in the room, but the AP for my room (1906) didn't exist. I eventually managed to connect to the signal for the neighboring room (1907).
Amenities: Only disposable paper towels are provided. I recommend bringing your own towels if you prefer real ones.
Privacy: On the day of checkout, cleaning staff entered my room while I was out for a walk—well before the actual checkout time. I found their cleaning cart left inside my room when I returned.
Summary: It feels like a residential apartment converted into a rental service. It can be quite inconvenient for foreigners due to the unconventional service style. Stay here for the view and location, but be prepared for some DIY-style hurdles.

BaiMaWangziI traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast.
This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair.
Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs.
The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day.
Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos
I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired.
Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind
That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.

This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.

Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

Self check-in.
The room was clean, but a bit of decoration.
The free room upgrade is said but it costs 20 yuan for electricity and 100 yuan for deposit.
There is a lounge chair and the texture of the bed is very good. Sleep overall feels comfortable.
