The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

Our butler, Merry, provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service. Any issues we had in the evening were promptly resolved. This time, we stayed in an exquisite suite that was very spacious, and the sofa bed design was incredibly practical, allowing for a great night's sleep. My only minor suggestion would be to add a draft shield near the sofa bed for an even greater sense of security and comfort. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be looking for Merry to arrange my next stay! 👍

Stayed for one night as it's right across from my friend's place. The room had a nice view, and the bedding was comfortable. All the basic hotel amenities were there, and they thoughtfully brought honey water to the room. Breakfast offered a good variety and the quality was excellent.

We specifically chose the Fairmont Xiamen for our anniversary, and the overall experience was a solid five stars! A special thank you to the front desk staff, who, upon learning it was our anniversary trip, thoughtfully arranged our room type. The attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming and made the occasion feel truly special. The hotel itself is very new, with elegant and clean decor. The guest rooms have a fantastic ambiance, perfect for a romantic couple's getaway. The 33rd-floor cloud-level breakfast offers an incredibly rich variety, with Chinese and Western options, Fujian local specialties, live cooking stations, and a full selection of desserts and fruits. The ingredients are fresh, and the taste is excellent. The window seats offer stunning views. The heated pool was uncrowded, quiet, and serene, allowing us to swim and relax without feeling cramped, enjoying a private, tranquil space. Our entire anniversary stay was comfortable and romantic. The service, facilities, and dining were all impeccable. It's truly a top choice for a couple's vacation, and we'll definitely be back for our next anniversary!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained. The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.

Our stay at Shangri-La Xiamen was absolutely perfect! A special thank you to Yulia and Irene, two amazing staff members. Before our arrival, Yulia proactively contacted me to provide a detailed overview of the hotel's parent-child activities and a hair accessory photo shoot event, which she then helped us book – it was incredibly helpful. The service during our stay was also very thoughtful. Nearing check-out, as we had a small baby with us, Yulia kindly helped me request a late check-out, which really solved a travel dilemma for me. Her demeanor was gentle and patient throughout. Ms. Irene also thoughtfully and thoroughly answered many of our questions during our stay and even gave me a souvenir. The hotel's environment, room cleanliness, and facilities were all impeccable. Coupled with the warm and professional service from these two staff members, our entire trip was exceptionally comfortable. Our little one also loved the hotel's kids' club and continued to play there for a while after check-out. Next time we visit Xiamen, we will definitely choose this hotel again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is quite easy to find, in the Xinglin area of Jimei District. There's a Vanke Plaza commercial area not far away, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel itself also has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and hot springs, so the facilities are very comprehensive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. I had a very comfortable stay.

I booked a non-smoking executive suite, which was larger than a standard room, making it convenient for luggage and storing odds and ends. However, the hotel breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Firstly, upon entering, no one was there to seat us, and the organization was chaotic. There was even one person occupying a four-person table alone. The food quality was poor; it was essentially vegetarian with no meat. The only edible items were bread, fried eggs, and noodle soup. For the price paid, this level of quality was truly disappointing, especially since I had to endure it for three days. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the Dongdu Ferry Terminal.

Facilities: The design elements have a distinctive Nanyang flair. The biggest advantage of this hotel is quite simple – it's right on the beach. No fuss, you can step onto the sand just a few minutes after walking out of the lobby. There aren't many hotels in Xiamen that are literally right on the sea, so this is definitely a big plus. It's located in Tong'an District, not far from Xiamen North Station, super close to Jimei, and also very near to ”Chu Yuxun's house” (a popular local reference, haha). If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can check in quickly after arriving, which is great for those looking for a relaxing two-day weekend getaway. Hygiene and Environment: It truly lives up to its five-star brand – clean and hygienic, giving you peace of mind. You can see the sea from the hotel lobby and also while dining in the restaurant, which is really comfortable. 😊 What truly deserves special praise is the breakfast 🥣 – excellent value for money. There's a wide variety, including local specialties like Shacha noodles and five-spice rolls. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and provide prompt service. With a Marriott brand like this offering such a great breakfast 🍳, what more could you ask for? Haha!
