這次來海邊住到了一家很有温度的民宿，沒有刻意的網紅感，處處都是舒服自在的質感。推窗就能看見整片海景，晴天時海天一色，傍晚的晚霞温柔又治癒，待在房間裏發呆都覺得很愜意。 房間的設計很有品味，不是千篇一律的裝修，傢俱和軟裝都能看出主人的用心，簡約又高級，拍照不用濾鏡也很好看。硬件配置很到位，智能設備用起來方便，床品和衞浴都很有質感，住起來乾淨又安心，細節處比很多酒店都用心。 最讓人好感的是老闆的服務，熱情卻不打擾，有問題都會耐心幫忙解決，還會主動分享本地的小眾玩法，讓人感覺像來朋友家做客一樣放鬆。民宿離海邊特別近，出門就能趕海，帶着孩子撿貝殼、抓小螃蟹，體驗感超棒。

⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐ I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊 From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏 I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator. The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄 The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋 Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍 Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯 The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely. . One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷 Overall: highly, highly recommended. Our stay was truly amazing — if the full score is 100, I would honestly give it 200! The room was exceptionally clean, and the host personally checked everything again even after the cleaning lady finished. The host was warm, generous, and always attentive. During check-in, she even shared helpful travel tips and recommended places to visit, which made our trip so much easier. Every day, they asked whether we needed room cleaning or a cup of coffee, which made us feel very well taken care of. The flowers and garden were personally maintained by the host, so the environment was beautiful and welcoming. The location was also incredibly convenient — just downstairs, there were plenty of food options, and even late at night, we could easily walk out for supper. Overall, from the location to cleanliness to the host’s hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Bring your baby to the seaside for vacation, this B&B is really closed-eyed and Amway, completely chosen right! The location is really impeccable, only about 300 meters from the seaside, a few minutes walk directly to the beach, no need to drive detours, no need to run around with large and small bags, taking children to travel super effortless. The boss is particularly courteous and thoughtful, preparing a full set of beach toys in advance, shovels, small buckets are all available, children can enjoy digging sand and rushing to the sea once they arrive, saving themselves the trouble of carrying a pile of luggage, happiness directly pulled full. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is warm and comfortable, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the overall environment is quiet and relaxing, adults live and relax, children are also comfortable and comfortable. The host is warm and easy-going, responds promptly to any needs, the communication is patient and gentle, and the service is particularly in place. The overall experience is full, super high value for money, very suitable for parent-child families, walking the baby by the sea trip, come to the seaside accommodation sincerely first choice this family, next time I will repurchase!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic; you can see the sea right outside the door, and taking a walk with the sea breeze is so relaxing. The service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful; the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. There are tons of food options nearby, so it's convenient to find whatever you want to eat, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The rooms were fully equipped, clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable and reassuring stay. Overall, a perfect experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The front desk lady provided excellent service; it was the most gentle, patient, meticulous, and best service I've ever experienced in any hotel!!! As soon as we walked in, before even checking in, we were offered several glasses of water. After checking in, she immediately told us about breakfast for the next day with the kids. Our room originally only included breakfast for two, but seeing that we had two children, she immediately extended it to four people. Then, she gave us a Gulangyu map and meticulously explained: where to have fun, where to eat, where to shop, and which beaches were good!! It was incredible!! She also mentioned free laundry and free drying services!! My two children were playing with the various small items displayed at the front desk, and she actively engaged with them, introducing the items and even letting them take them back to the room to play with. The hotel was also very clean. When we asked for two extra sets of toiletries, they were delivered very quickly. It was just perfect, but I was so busy that I forgot to take photos.

The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and the decor wasn't outdated. The front desk service was excellent; they were kind and patient, responding quickly to any issues or requests, even late at night (this applies to every front desk staff member I encountered before and after check-in, all provided great service). The location is good and quiet, right above a pedestrian street and close to all the nearby attractions.

The stay was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. A few small things could be improved, but it was still a pleasant experience

The hotel rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great natural light, and come equipped with an in-room safe. There's a compact parking area with space for up to 12 vehicles. Xiuxiu provided a very warm and welcoming reception. A beautiful small fish pond is located on the ground floor. Overall, it's a good place, and I would recommend it.

Staying at this hotel was perfect for my friends and I, as we planned to explore Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and China City in the evening. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had great natural light. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making for a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely come back again!
