WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

BBlindSmileThis was my second time staying here, and I chose the Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and felt more like a serviced apartment—with a huge sofa that could easily seat 6–8 people, a proper living area, and a comfy king bed that made it easy to get good rest. The hotel has its own dedicated lobby for drop-off and pick-up, which made arrivals smooth and hassle-free. Staff were friendly and attentive. I was offered free breakfast, and they even helped with laundry by moving my clothes from the washer to the dryer and placing them at the counter for pickup—just let them know in advance. The food was great, with a mix of Western and Chinese options that were both delicious and satisfying. The location is convenient, especially if you're attending events at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, and getting around the area is easy. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything was handled with care. I’ll definitely be back. 这是我第二次入住这家酒店，这次选择了豪华套房。房间非常宽敞干净，更像一个服务式公寓——有超大的沙发，能坐下6到8个人，还有独立的客厅空间，特大床也非常舒适，睡得很好。酒店有独立的大堂接送区，上下车非常方便，特别适合带行李或打车进出。工作人员非常友善且乐于助人。他们为我提供了免费早餐，还贴心地帮我把洗衣机里的衣服转移到烘干机，然后放到前台等我来取——提前告诉他们一声就可以。中餐和西餐都很好吃，早餐种类丰富，品质也不错。酒店的位置很方便，去厦门国际会展中心非常近，出行也很方便。整体体验非常顺畅和舒适，服务周到，物有所值。下次还会再来。

GGuest UserA great 4 star hotel just 900 meters (about a 10 minute drive) from Xiamen T4 and T5 airports. ⭐️Positive aspects: Probably the biggest win is their airport shuttle service. They have a nice new Buick van (that is bright purple 🟪- so it is pretty hard to miss) and the van can be there within 10 minutes of when you call the hotel or message them from baggage claim. So the transportation is well organized and very efficient. Mr. Li the van driver was very sweet and kind. The hotel room was nice and big and has very cozy carpet and a nice soft bed with good linens. Shower is hot and amenities in the room are thoughtful, including white tea scented 🫖 soaps and shampoo. The breakfast, service, and furnishings are comparable to other 4 star chains in China like Holiday Inn or Hampton by Hilton or Lavande. Breakfast has a nice spread but mostly Chinese and not so western. That said, the food they do provide is high quality and the noodles are great and the coffee is real. I enjoyed the breakfast. ⭐️A few negative points: I liked the art theme in the hotel and they pull it off well. Each room is themed around a famous painting and I was in the Salvador Dali’s “melting clocks” ⏰ The only thing I can complain about is there are moments when the art feels a little cheesy. For instance- the little ash trays at the elevator with sand in them have kid’s decorations that feel a bit more like kids’ zone stuff than professional artwork. Also the shower 🚿 doors are red glass and that felt like more of a playful Kindergarten space than something matching Salvador Dali. Not a deal breaker but an observation. This kind of art theme can be difficult to pull off in China 🇨🇳. The only other small negative is there is some wear on some of the spaces and walls. At the front desk counter I noticed some old looking and chipped areas of the desk. Overall a great choice next to the airport. I would stay here again.

EElyn PeeI had a very pleasant stay at Thian Sian Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street Branch) from 10 to 14 Jan 2026 The hotel is in an excellent location, right along Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, U can walk to ZhenHai Road Metro Station, less than 10 minutes walk, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. U can wait for online car booking car or taxi at the Zhongshan Road, less than 50 meter from hotel lift lobby. The hotel lift lobby is located along Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, make it very convenient for us to go down at night and back anytime especially after buying lots of items and lazy to carry, can bring them up to the hotel room and go down to shop again. Many popular attractions and local food options are just within walking distance. The room was huge, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job, and the room provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most important is hotel allow guest to turn on either the aircon or heater during winter season. Despite being located in a busy area, the room was quiet and allowed for good rest at night. The room come with window as i was worried some rooms in other hotel without window and worse not allow to turn on aircon during winter... The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. They were responsive to requests and made the stay smooth and hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its prime location, cleanliness, and good service. I would definitely recommend Thian Sian Hotel to anyone visiting Xiamen and would be happy to stay here again.

If I have the chance next year, I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station just a short walk away. It's clean and tidy, and the rooms are quiet (which is crucial for marathon runners needing good sleep). The hotel also upgraded me to a late check-out, which was perfect for showering and resting after the race. I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserI originally booked another hotel, but because there were not enough rooms there, Ctrip helped me change to this one. The boss was very friendly and the service was very friendly. The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. The boss specially added two big bed rooms I bought two beds and gave Xiang Piaopiao to the children

It's about 200 meters from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of dining options nearby, and directly opposite the ferry terminal for Gulangyu Island. Getting around is super convenient. I highly recommend the pork rib rice set next to the hotel; for 27 yuan, it's a balanced meal with free rice refills. It tastes delicious too. Although the room was small, it was a huge plus that the bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the shower stall was spacious enough for an adult and a child to bathe comfortably.

The guest rooms are on the second and third floors, and they're quite spacious. The second floor has a buffet, a small afternoon tea area, and a self-service laundry room, which is really handy for families. We stayed in a duplex room, which was perfect for our family – very spacious, and my elders loved it. It's truly ideal for families. Each room has its own independent bathroom and shower facilities.
