From the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

After three years, I returned to Xiamen and once again chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Jimei. My previous experience was excellent, so when I brought my whole family to Xiamen this time, I still opted for the Crowne Plaza, and it was just as comfortable as before. Special thanks to our butler, CoCo, for her thoughtful and attentive service. She proactively asked about our needs and promptly answered all our questions. The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, and all the staff provided meticulous and attentive service. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade during check-in, along with free drink vouchers for the lobby bar, and a complete fruit platter as a welcome amenity. I really want to write a thorough and positive review. Upon arrival, I was immediately touched by their welcome amenities. The welcome tea was served with Minnan-style Juhong Cake and seasonal lychee cold brew tea, which was delicious, very authentic, and instantly put me in a holiday mood. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful. Considering its price and facilities, I think it offers excellent value for money. The entire space is quiet, relaxing, and not crowded, perfect for unwinding on a weekend. What I want to praise most this time is the hotel's service. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. Especially my butler, Sisi, and front desk staff, Lina. During meals at the hotel, if we were not satisfied with a dish, they would proactively offer to replace it, or even directly cancel the order without any excuses, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. During our stay, we experienced the hotel's rich activity offerings, including workshops on tea ceremonies, cocktail making, yoga, and more. This time, I participated in a yoga class and a cocktail workshop, and both experiences were excellent. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary wet sauna and used the swimming pool. The pool is truly beautiful, and with Xiamen's great weather these past few days – blue skies, green trees, and sparkling water – it was easy to spend a whole afternoon there. The room was also very comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally good for sleeping. Since three of us girls were traveling together and wanted to stay in the same room, the staff thoughtfully added a sofa bed, making our stay even more convenient. I really liked the room's balcony, which directly overlooks Wuyuan Bay Yacht Harbor. On a clear day, looking at the sea, yachts, and blue sky, it truly feels like 'you're in Xiamen, yet you feel like you're in an overseas resort hotel.' Room service was also very meticulous. The room was tidied impeccably every day, and the turndown service was very ceremonial. The collaboration details between the hotel and Lululemon surprised me; not only were there well-designed, thoughtful reminder cards, but also a sleep-inducing fragrance spray. A little spray before bed slowly helps you relax. My biggest impression from these past few days at Qishang is that it is a resort hotel that truly allows you to slow down. Although still in Xiamen, it feels like you've left the city and entered your own holiday rhythm. Thank you to all the staff for your care over these past few days; every detail showed thoughtfulness. This was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it. Next time I come to Xiamen, I will definitely return.

On a scorching summer day, stepping into the Novotel instantly brought a wave of coolness! It wasn't just the air conditioning being cranked up; the abundant green plants throughout the hotel also contributed to a refreshing atmosphere. The front desk staff were wonderful – soft-spoken and clear in their explanations! The room layout was well-designed, clean, and tidy. I was particularly impressed that there were two air conditioners, and their cooling performance was outstanding! I actually had to turn one off at night because I felt it was a bit much. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient! All in all, it was fantastic. My husband has already said that next time we're in Xiamen, we're definitely staying here again!

The room was very clean, and the front desk upgraded my room, which had a fantastic city view with a wide vista and large windows. The night view was absolutely stunning. The location is excellent, right on Zhongshan Road and Zhenhai Road, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. The service attitude was great. I happened to be there during Xiamen's rainy season, so the room's floor was a bit damp and slippery, so you had to be careful. Overall, the service was good, and the room was very clean.

After all, in a mountain setting surrounded by dense vegetation, a few insects are perfectly normal, and the garden view neatly sidestepped that issue. I couldn't help but close my eyes and take several deep breaths. The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.
