"The hotel is located not far from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport, yet despite being so close, you can't hear any airplane noise at all. They offer an airport shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. You simply need to contact the staff via WeChat once you arrive at the airport; they are very responsive, and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The room condition was excellent and true to the photos. The bathroom has a well-thought-out layout with separate zones for the shower and toilet. The room was free of any cigarette smoke, and the walls are thick, so we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. All necessary amenities were provided, and average breakfast."

"The room was great, and the toiletries were excellent! The breakfast was bountiful, and the service was attentive. Since I was on a business trip, I requested a one-hour late checkout, which the hotel kindly granted for free. I particularly appreciated being able to choose the firmness of the bedding, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a barbershop, swimming pool, gym, and massage room, making it perfect for both business travelers and tourists."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and large. I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was very patient and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room! The breakfast buffet was also abundant with a great variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions like Gulangyu Island and Zhongshan Road, and getting a taxi was easy. "This hotel is affordable and comes with complete amenities. It's clean, the environment is excellent, quiet, and the service is exceptionally warm. Here are a few highlights from our family stay: Coming out of Yangzhou Station, take bus Y1 to the Slender West Lake West Gate stop. Get off and walk straight for about 50 meters, and you're there. The hotel's main entrance is right next to McDonald's, and the back exit leads directly to the Slender West Lake West Gate entrance. For those traveling with children, seniors, or people who easily get lost, you can't get any closer – this point definitely gets a perfect score. Taking a taxi or Didi to Geyuan Garden, Heyuan Garden, or Yangzhou East Station costs between 10 and 20 yuan, which is incredibly budget-friendly. Yangzhou's morning tea culture and food scene are fantastic. Taking a taxi from the hotel, there are various local eateries a few kilometers away in different directions. You can check out popular restaurants on Dianping for authentic Huaiyang cuisine – the taste is simply amazing. In short, if you're planning a self-guided tour, staying here is incredibly convenient and excellent. Thumbs up!"

"The hotel is super convenient, right by Lianhua Road subway station on Line 1, exit 2! It's also really close to Zhongshan Night Market and the 8th Night Market. Getting back to Xiamen North Station was also a breeze. The location is excellent, and there are so many fun places to visit along this subway line! The front desk staff, KIKI, was incredibly professional and attentive. She proactively gave us recommendations for local food and transportation and answered all our questions with such patience. She really made us feel at ease traveling in an unfamiliar city. Because of her, my impression of Xiamen locals is a perfect 100! The hotel itself was also incredibly clean, with no unpleasant odors at all. It was a very happy trip!!!! I rarely leave reviews, but I was just so touched by the experience. 🥹"

"The location is super convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the pier and attractions, yet it's surprisingly quiet – much more comfortable than staying near Zhongshan Road. There are some great cafes, Western restaurants, and seafood places nearby. Downstairs, there's a fantastic bubble tea shop and delicious Napoleon cake. The hotel breakfast is pretty good too. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen."

"The hygiene, facilities, and service were all excellent. My room had a huge floor-to-ceiling window offering a panoramic view of Gulangyu Island. The hotel provides a complimentary gym, swimming pool, and a billiard table. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dinner buffet was also very good."

"Temporary accommodation on May 1st, there are really not many choices... I saw this review very , a total of three, I feel that the reference is not very meaningful... But I think it is only newly opened this year, and it is not much worse. But... I feel that I have not booked a wrong order when I walk out of the elevator... First of all, there is a glass door when I get out of the elevator. There are guests and staff swiping their cards to enter... I feel full of security at once! Entering the room, everything is very new, the room is super big...Although it is really far from the center of Xiamen, the traffic is still convenient, there is a fast line and a subway... If you want to live near the North Station, it is highly recommended here."

"Hotel is located in strategic location. It is very close to department store, walking street and metro station line 1. Hotel offers adequate breakfast and hot food. The room is comfy with big bathroom. The only downside of this hotel is no sound proof. I heard every noises from street horn, upstair, downstair and the worst of this trip was... my room is next to fire exit and house keeping room in the 3rd floor. This was so so annoying and was interrupt with my sleep every night!!!"

"My stay at Yidu Chaosu with friends for this Xiamen trip truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Zhongshan Road and Xingfu Road, making it super convenient to get to other attractions like Xiamen University, Baicheng Beach, and the Eight Markets. Even though it's located in a residential area, it's less than a minute's walk in, so it's tucked away from the main road, offering a quiet escape. The overall soundproofing is pretty good, as long as people aren't being overly noisy. The room has a wet and dry separation, is clean and tidy, and is decorated with great style. The natural light is excellent; it's a shame Xiamen has been rainy lately, otherwise, the photos would have turned out amazing. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, not only sending check-in instructions in advance but also recommending many local favorite snacks and lesser-known spots, helping us avoid a lot of tourist traps. They were always responsive on WeChat, providing excellent service. The ladies were all very friendly and approachable. There's also a large terrace on the rooftop with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is superb. If you're visiting Xiamen, staying here is definitely the right choice. I highly recommend it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
