Service: We were greeted by a staff member at the guesthouse who gave us some great food recommendations. Environment: The best thing about this guesthouse is the abundance of delicious and reasonably priced food nearby. It was super convenient for exploring and eating. My friends and I were able to visit all the places on our list within 300-400 meters, from popular Instagrammable spots to affordable local eateries – a great variety. The guesthouse itself is also beautifully decorated upstairs, with warm, inviting lighting that felt very cozy and healing. The rooms are well-designed. Facilities: This guesthouse just opened in 2026, so all the facilities are brand new. The shower was excellent – easy to adjust the temperature, strong water pressure, and very comfortable. The large projector screen was also a big plus for watching movies and shows.

I like Xiamen. I come here almost every year. I like the scenery and the people here. I have always chosen to live on the island before, but this time I chose Yuxiang B&B in Aotou Village, Xiang'an District. It is really a good choice. The owner and his wife are very stylish. The B&B is warm and comfortable, and the public space is very spacious. We chose a balcony room, had breakfast on the second floor platform, drank tea and chatted in the sky tea room, and happened to encounter the B&B Natural Life Festival event on the weekend. However, because the B&B was renovated from an old house, the advantages turned into disadvantages from another perspective. The rooms were rather dark and depressing. Despite its flaws, Yuxiang is still a very worthy choice.

My stay at Yuchen Homestay on Zhongshan Road was absolutely delightful. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around, and it's right next to commercial areas and attractions, offering an immersive experience of Xiamen's charm. The service was attentive and warm; the staff were friendly and provided全程陪伴式服务 (全程陪伴式服务 means a full-course accompanying service or a complete全程陪伴式服务 means a full-course accompanying service or a complete supportive service throughout). The environment is elegant and quiet, with stylish decor and a cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was perfectly organized. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Xiamen.

rRasonably priced room and a great location, if not a very busy one. There’s a luckin and a bakery nearby. The night market is a few minute walk away, as well as the main shopping street. The famous colonial island is right out your window with the sea and sky. And right across the street is the ferry station. It’s very convenient. The owner was welcoming and took time to help me post a package. Nice place.

The room features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent ventilation and natural light. The host was incredibly thoughtful and kind, and the room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. It offers fantastic value for money, and we even got a complimentary late check-out. The entire stay was relaxing and comfortable, making for an overall great experience!

I rarely leave reviews, but I absolutely had to respond to this guesthouse! The location exceeded my expectations; the surrounding environment was tranquil, making for pleasant walks. The room was exceptionally clean, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The receptionist was incredibly kind; he not only helped us with our luggage but also patiently answered all our questions. The service was truly thoughtful, deserving a five-star rating!

I got a free upgrade to treehouse and the room was very nice! The room was simple and cozy, Things to note: - There is no elevator at the hotel, it’s a level 2 walk up. - Location of the different light switches in the room was confusing. - The do not disturb button doesn’t work if you’re planning to go out of the room as the power for the sign outside the door only works when the electricity is on. Would definitely go back again if im travelling alone.

I traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast. This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair. Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs. The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day. Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired. Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.

The apartment is on top of the Twin Towers. The environment is very good. The staff has a good service attitude. The room is clean, tidy and bright. It is very close to the attractions. Shapowei is downstairs and Xiamen University is next to it. You can also see Xiamen University from the room. It is very convenient nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants and fruit shops are all very close. The front desk sister is very good to communicate with! Very enthusiastic. I feel that Xiamen is a very, very hospitable city! I will come again next time
