The location is very good, we reached many places on foot. I loved having technological fixtures in the bathroom, the room was spotless and organised. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer in the room, I would be happier if there was a mini fridge. In addition to the English breakfast, there were also healthy options that appealed to many people, you can order pizza etc. when you are hungry in the evening. It was also great that he left in front of the shuttles to Stanstad airport.

This was the first hotel for our family's UK trip. After much deliberation, we chose this Holiday Inn Express which is quite close to the city center. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and trains. The hotel maintained the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn brand. We were also lucky enough to snag a group deal that included parking and some meals. A special thank you goes to Christina, a kind and patient lady who speaks Chinese. Due to the high demand for rooms on the weekend and our first-time use of a Ctrip hotel group coupon, the check-in process was a bit convoluted, but the final outcome was very satisfying. Our family left London happily to begin the next leg of our journey. BTW, we encountered many odd Indian guests; whether it was in the cramped elevator or at the popular breakfast buffet, they all exuded a strange confidence, as if they owned the place. I wonder who gave them that idea 🤔🤔🤔

I expected the room to be small, but it was incredibly cramped, barely allowing two adults to move around. It almost felt claustrophobic. If you're tall or have a larger build, you should seriously consider this. On the upside, it's a great location for sightseeing; you can easily take a double-decker bus to the British Museum, National Gallery, Wallace Collection, and the V&A Museum. It's also close to Euston and St Pancras stations. Taking the Underground from London Heathrow Terminal 4 to Russell Square station takes about an hour. Because the room was so tiny, I was motivated to explore more places and truly enjoy London. I even took a mat to several nearby parks to sunbathe and relax. My room didn't have a table, fridge, or phone, but it was a good opportunity to experience minimalist living. Breakfast was the same menu for all 10 days, much like how a full English breakfast doesn't change. However, just like the consistent menu, the breakfast team — Lourenco, Kiddik, and CkeyRL — were always friendly and diligent, clearly striving to do their best every day. Thank you! Thanks to them, I forgot any inconveniences and started each morning in a good mood.

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

It was great stay in Berjaya Eden! I personally live the vibdes. It was walking distance to Bayswater station and Queensway St. It also easy for you to find the halal foods. Its everywhere and easy to access! This is my second time to stayed here. The staff was really good and polite. Eventhough the room that i choose was a little bit “not so spacious” but its ok as long as it walking distance from one to another. Will repeat?? Of course YES!!

I’m extremely satisfied with my stay here during my trip to London! The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a short walk from Earls Court Tube Station, making it really easy to get to Victoria and central London via the District Line. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores along the street downstairs, so you can grab quick meals or stock up on daily supplies without going far. The room was thoroughly cleaned with fresh bedding and an odour-free bathroom, quiet and comfortable overall. This hotel scores highly for both transport convenience and cleanliness. I’d definitely book here again next time I visit London.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located near to Paddington station. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and I can't fault them. The room I was in was small, but had comfortable single beds and a very compact but clean bathroom, which was perfectly serviceable. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh and there was plenty of soap, shower gel / shampoo and toilet roll. There was a courtesy tea tray with tea, coffee, and sugar and small milk portions. The room was however very dated, and the bedspreads in the looked like they'd possibly come out of the 1990s. One part of the building was 4 or 5 floors and my colleague was staying there on the highest floor. There was a lift on that side, which was marked as out of order and looked like it had been out of order for a very long time! I'm not sure whether they maintain the lift at all, and there were a lot of stairs to the top! Our second room at the top of the building had an even smaller shower room, again clean, but badly in need of updating. It was extremely hot weather and we chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised on Trivago and then Trip.com with air conditioning. This turned out to be incorrect. The receptionist at the hotel knew nothing about air conditioning and said the rooms didn't have it and said that that wasn't their information on the listing. When we got to the rooms there was a fan, which was quite efficient, but not a match for the heat. It was supposed to have a remote, but that was missing and it was extremely uncomfortable in the hot weather. Breakfast was included in the stay, but was very poor quality, with low-quality croissants and bread, and one staff member coughing over the toasting machine and serving area without covering their mouth. I don't believe the staff member should have been at work and nobody seemed to notice or be bothered. The jam was good, but yoghurts were served in a stack carton package and were not refrigerated. There was also ham and cheese slices. If it hadn't been for the extreme heat then it would have been an okay stay for a lower amount of money than the area generally charges, and the hotel was in a very convenient location. It does definitely need some work and updating though ... and there is definitely no air conditioning! It would be nice if Trip.com took some notice of this information and updated the listing to accurately portray what's at the hotel. If the hotel genuinely didn't know about this, then it's very unfair to the hotel for trip.com to be misleadingly advertising their property. We've noticed this on other listings with Trip.com as well. Facilities that are advertised do not exist at the properties, so they need to be a bit more careful where they scrape their data and check it with the property owners.

Even though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away.

We had a nice stay at Ascot ! I came in this hotel with my brother fo couple of days and everything was beyond our expectations . The room was very clean,the location was perfect ! Located in Paddington,3-4min walk to the tube station ( we walked to most of the attractions so we didn’t need to use public transportations ) The room facilities were great ( hair dryers,soap,shampoo,kettle,tea , coffee etc ) the cleaning is made daily ! The reception was nice and helpful ! The price was also excellent for the quality . I really don’t understand the bad reviews as it has been very clean and modern . We will come back here for our next stay o
