This hotel is great! The location is perfect, right across from a small alley that's like a night market with tons of delicious food. The scenery outside is lovely too; you can take a walk along the track. When checking in, I got a voucher for food and redeemed it for ice cream. There's also a complimentary late-night snack where you can choose your own toppings and noodles. The breakfast is decent and includes local specialties like Four Fruits Soup. The hotel facilities include a washing machine and a gym, both fully functional. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and the accommodation is very comfortable.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a modern design with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel environment is impeccable, with spacious public areas and beautiful birdsong and flowers. Perched on a hill, I was woken up every morning around 5 or 6 by the chirping of various birds. It's about a 15-minute walk to Xiamen University and Putuo Temple, though it's uphill and a bit tiring, but taxis are quite convenient. The room was also very large, with a bedroom offering a distant view of the rooftops of Xiamen University. All in-room facilities were well-equipped. While I wouldn't delve too deeply into the cleanliness details, it was acceptable, but the sound of water running from the rooms above or next door was particularly noisy. The service was excellent, with prompt responses to all requests! Overall, I was satisfied, with one exception: the breakfast was too basic. It felt like it cost less than five yuan to make, truly the most perfunctory breakfast I've ever had in decades of staying at hotels. We ended up ordering takeout for the kids for both days, so I don't think it's worth booking a rate that includes breakfast. I'd like to offer a suggestion to the hotel: with such a great location and environment, it should strive for perfection by putting more thought into improving the breakfast. For tourists, a hearty breakfast is truly important. If a buffet isn't feasible due to cost-cutting, at least the set menu could be more varied, instead of just offering a bowl of congee and one or two pre-made buns every day, which is quite unappetizing.

Pros: The front desk proactively upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. Cons: 1. Our booking was for two adults and two children, but we only received two toothbrushes. I suggest the hotel adjusts amenities according to the booking details. 2. The bedsheet for my child had noticeable stains. The next day, both my child and I developed a rash, and we're unsure of the cause. 3. The twin room only came with one meal voucher, which is quite restrictive. To make matters worse, when my son went to use it, a staff member at the restaurant questioned him, implying our room number had already used several vouchers. It felt like we were being accused of trying to get something for free. You're welcome to check the surveillance footage to confirm how many people from my two rooms actually dined.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The room had a beautiful veranda surrounded by trees, so I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning—it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is located right in the middle of Zhongshan Road, so there was a little bit of street noise, but it didn't bother me at all and I slept very well. Quick tips for future guests: - Hailing a ride: The hotel is on a one-way street, so it’s much easier to set your pickup location at the nearby Luckin Coffee. - App: Make sure to download and set up WeChat before you come. It will make your trip much smoother! Overall, a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend it!

Great location, right above Zhongshan Road, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room has a high-definition smart TV, a spacious wardrobe for clothes, and soft, non-glaring lighting. Even though there was some water in the hallway and elevator, the equipment was well-maintained, which made for a really comfortable experience. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean and hygienic.

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was finding the entrance. Since the hotel is located inside a shopping mall, it was very difficult to locate, especially as I arrived in the middle of the night. When I called the hotel for directions, no one spoke English, so I spent quite a while trying to find the entrance and ended up carrying my luggage around late at night, which was quite frustrating. After finally checking in, I discovered that the lights in my room were flashing, making it impossible to sleep. At around 3 a.m., I had to change rooms. The staff did their best to help, and I appreciated that, although no one followed up afterward to check whether everything was resolved. The replacement room was functional, but it was very dark, had a low ceiling, and the windows faced the inside of the shopping mall, so there was almost no natural light. I wasn’t happy with it, and after I raised the issue, the hotel moved me to a much better room. I appreciated that they accommodated my request One feature I really liked was the complimentary self-service laundry, which is a great convenience for travelers. The only downside was that there were only three washing machines, and they were almost always occupied. Despite the issues, the staff were polite and genuinely tried to help whenever I asked. With clearer directions to the entrance, better English support for late-night arrivals, and more proactive customer service, the overall experience would have been much better.
