Spinning and aerobic classes represented in the website do not exist. Restaurant service is a confusion at all times. No concierge. When I reported smoking from the adjoining room and requested moving to another room, no offer made. When seeking a table on the outside deck, all tables were left with glasses and dishes from previous guests.Staff are young, inexperienced, and untrained. Not an experience of a luxury hotel: uncomfortable and overpriced."

Their website claimed extensive hiking possibilities, but the staff had no idea about this, and it turned out that there are no marked hiking trails anywhere near the hotel or off old Stryn road. Some days there are bus groups, and dinner and breakfast become a feeding frenzy."
