"I asked for at least change of towels and trash out each day. I made sure the do not disturb sign was off the door, yet 2 out of 6 nights we came back to no towels. One night the trash was the only thing done. I walked down to front desk and she gave me towels and stated no laundry service was the reason. The next time, I called down and another lady brought me two bath towels and 2 bath mats! The breakfast was awful, IF you could even get there on time. No cream except basic, and once breakfast was over.. no coffee at all! Hotel is new, but beds were very uncomfortable, and the bedding looked old. There’s other choices in Surprise, look for a different hotel."

"The best part of this hotel is Kevin at the front desk. He was friendly, kind, and informative. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room for 2 of the 4 says we were there, so that was frustrating. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. There is a pool but no hot tub, which would have been nice."

They had some great recommendations on what we could do, so we really only came back to the hotel to rest. The room was 10/10. While our mobility during the stay was pretty good, both guests in this booking appreciated knowing that should our mobility ability change, we could still move around independently in the room we had booked.
