GGuest UserLocation is convenient. Room is okay or rather good. But the room key was broken and although I claimed it to the staff many times, no countermeasure was taken. They just told me that it needs specific technique to open the door. No other hotels force such technique to the guest. There were some many issues but that key problem was critical and I left the apartment earlier. It is obvious that the staff received any kind of service training and there is no SOP or service procedure at all. Still not a bad place to stay if the key problem is solved, though.

LLoaf.I'm currently on a business trip in Ghana with my wife, and I've been staying at this amazing apartment. It's quickly become one of my favorites, which is why I've left multiple reviews - I just keep coming back! The property itself is top-notch, especially the gym, which is a huge plus for me. My room is well-equipped with everything I need, and the host, Accra Luxury, is super accommodating. Would recommend.

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

EEve ManifetovaI had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience.
Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.
