"Proses cek in cepat tanpa kendala tanpa deposit dan petugas FO sangat ramah. Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar."

Amazing
MmaftuhahfitaTasty breakfast, and the location is super
RRimmarkitStayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again
RRoedi NzoyStrategic location, clean rooms,
For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.
FFanosCould be better if the bed is a bit firmer. too soft for my back and I woke up unfresh. Thankfully it was just for a night and I moved to another hotel. Other than that it was great. I did not taste the breakfast though.
GGuest UserIts a nice villa and good location but my negative observation is that they clean the floor with a detergent and the don't wash it well with water so after swimming and walking on the floor its very slippery
GGriselVery good hotel, very comfortable staying here. The facilities are also complete. I stayed here with my family. My children were very happy to be taken to this hotel. Next time I will come again
MMasterpiece PillowThe hotel ambiance and room were alright. The location is close to many restaurants. Overall, it was okay.
To the receptionist: please learn to answer guests more politely and remember to smile so that your service doesn't create discomfort. This is just a suggestion, accept it or not, it's fine (but don't let one unfriendly person deter other guests from returning. Remember, a hotel doesn't just sell facilities, but also service, including hospitality).
Thanks 🙏🏻
AAnonymous UserI'm writing this review based on facts, guys... This was my first time at the Azana hotel, and whether it was a coincidence or not, my stay was very uncomfortable because:
1. The lights kept going out, especially in the late afternoon/early evening (3rd floor).
2. The AC was probably dirty and needed cleaning, causing water to leak like a faucet, even if only for a short time, it was a strong gush.
3. The key card wouldn't open the door at night, meaning I had to go back down to the lobby.
4. There was no elevator access, so I had to carry my sleeping second child up and down the stairs.
5. The electricity went out at 11:30 AM, before check-out time, making packing hot and uncomfortable.
6. Parking was limited for both cars and motorcycles.
7. The hot water only worked for a short while.
Sorry about this, but I'm just giving an honest review based on my experience, with no intention to badmouth or anything else. Thank you! 🤗
